History

On April 19, 2025 at Night 1 of WrestleMania 41, Seth Rollins defeated CM Punk and Roman Reigns with the help of Paul Heyman, an ally of both Punk and Reigns, turning both Rollins and Heyman heel. [1] On the April 21 episode of Raw, Breakker attacked Punk and Reigns, aligning himself with Rollins and Heyman. [2] [3] At Saturday Night's Main Event XXXIX, on May 24, Rollins and Breakker defeated Punk and Sami Zayn after interference from Bronson Reed, who would go on to join their alliance. [4] At Money in the Bank on June 7, Rollins won the men's Money in the Bank ladder match. [5] On July 12, at Saturday Night's Main Event XL, Rollins was defeated by LA Knight after Rollins sustained a (kayfabe) leg injury. [6]

On August 2, at Night 1 of SummerSlam, Breakker and Reed were defeated by Reigns and Jey Uso, and later that night, Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Punk to win the World Heavyweight Championship. [7] On August 31, at Clash in Paris, Breakker and Reed attacked Reigns after the latter defeated Reed, and later that night, despite Breakker and Reed subsequently being ejected from the arena and Heyman being hospitalized, Rollins retained the World Heavyweight Championship against Punk, Uso, and Knight in a fatal four-way match after interference from his wife Becky Lynch.
