The Way Out Is Broken is the fourth release and first EP from New Jersey band Armor for Sleep. [1] It was their last release before their disbandment in 2009 (and subsequent reunion in 2020).
While on tour in fall 2005, Armor for Sleep performed a new song, titled "The Way Out Is Broken". [2] On January 12, 2006, the group released a demo of the song. [2] The band had been reportedly working on the song for their third album. [2] In July 2008, the band announced they would release an EP consisting of songs from their previous recording sessions later in the summer. [3] On August 21, "The Way Out Is Broken" was made available for streaming through the band's Myspace profile. [4]
It is exclusively a digital download EP, and has not been released on a physical medium. Fans could purchase a download card from Armor for Sleep during the later dates of the 2008 Projekt Revolution tour, allowing them to download the EP on the day of its release. [5]

The band signed to Fearless Records in August. A Lesson in Romantics was recorded in early 2007 with producers Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount. So Wrong, It's Right is the second studio album and major label debut by American rock band All Time Low. Following an unsuccessful showcase for Fueled by Ramen, Hopeless Records signed All Time Low in March 2006. They released an EP, Put Up or Shut Up, through the label in July of that year. After amassing 12 songs by January 2007, the band demoed some of them for Paul Leavitt. The group began recording So Wrong, It's Right in April at SOMD Studios in Beltsville, Maryland with producers Leavitt and Matt Squire. The band wrote five additional songs while in the studio. Following an acoustic tour in June, the band participated in Warped Tour, and "Dear Maria, Count Me In" was made available for streaming. After premiering a music video for "Six Feet Under the Stars", So Wrong, It's Right was released on September 25. The band spent the next three months supporting Boys Like Girls on their US tour.
