Originally recorded and released through Tank Records in 1999 under their at the time current name, Smackin' Isaiah. It was reissued in 2003 by All About Records due to the rarity of the original release, as it had only been produced in a small number. In spite of the band having changed their name at this time, it was still reissued under Smackin' Isaiah. Today, both copies are almost impossible to find and have become collectables, alongside other Smackin' Isaiah material, for hardcore A Wilhelm Scream fans.
A Wilhelm Scream considers this album as their first real release, as all the songs had been written after they had a complete and steady line-up. They have also stated that this, in retrospect, is their most cheerful record.
Despite the original and reissue having identical covers, the colour of the CDs are different; the original being blue, whilst the reissue is red. The disc-tray insert includes a copy of an autographed poster addressed to the band from legendary porn star Ron Jeremy. It is displayed in color on the original, but is black-and-white on the re-issue.
As this album uses copyrighted sound clips from major Hollywood films and has two hidden tracks, the following statement is written on the inside left fold of the tray card: "Big entertainment conglomorates, please don't sue the fuck out of us for using your movies for our stupid, played-out punk rock album sound bytes. The "bonus tracks" were recorded live and extremely drunk at some club in Providence.
Into the Unknown is the second studio album by Bad Religion, which was released on November 30, 1983. The album marks a distinct departure from the band's previous album; instead of featuring hardcore punk, the album is characterized by slower tempos, use of electronic organ and pianos, and a prog-influenced hard rock sound. Into the Unknown is the only Bad Religion album to feature Paul Dedona on bass and Davy Goldman on drums. Dedona was ejected from the band before their next recording and replaced by Tim Gallegos, while former drummer Pete Finestone returned to the band in 1986. The album also features Bad Religion's longest track to date, "Time and Disregard", which is seven minutes long.

A Wilhelm Scream is a melodic hardcore band from New Bedford, Massachusetts formed in 2003. Their music has been compared to Strung Out, Hot Water Music, Propagandhi, and Strike Anywhere as the band's similar artists. Their name is a reference to the Wilhelm scream, a famous stock sound effect mainly used in films. The band previously went by the names Koen, Adam's Crack, and Smackin' Isaiah, though the last was the only name to be used in any major releases. "The reason for the name changes from Koen to Smackin' Isaiah, then to A Wilhelm Scream was really a matter of them adding new members, and progressing/maturing as a band".
Hidden in Plain View is an American five-piece post-hardcore band from northern New Jersey. They formed in 2000 and originally disbanded in 2007. During this seven-year run, the group released records with four record labels, including two full-length albums and three EPs. Hidden in Plain View played numerous venues, including The Capitol in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, and concert tours such as the Warped Tour and the Drive-Thru Records Invasion Tours in the United States, Europe and Japan. In 2015 they reunited and released an EP entitled Animal via Rise Records. In 2022, the band released their latest EP Tantrums.
GI, stylized as (GI), is the only studio album by American punk rock band the Germs. Often considered the first full-length hardcore punk album, it was released in the United States in October 1979 on Slash Records with catalog number SR 103. The album was later released in Italy in 1982 by Expanded Music with the catalog EX 11. The album's title is an acronym for "Germs Incognito", an alternate name the band used to obtain bookings when their early reputation kept them out of Los Angeles-area clubs. After (GI)'s release, the band would only undertake one more recording session, for the soundtrack album to Al Pacino's 1980 film Cruising. On December 7, 1980, a year after the release of (GI), vocalist Darby Crash died by suicide.

Boom Chicka Boom is the 76th album by American country music singer Johnny Cash, released in 1990 on Mercury Records. The title refers to the sound that Cash's backing band, the Tennessee Three, were said to produce. It includes a cover of Harry Chapin's "Cat's in the Cradle", and a song written by Elvis Costello for Cash, "Hidden Shame". "Don't Go Near the Water" is a re-recorded version and its original had been recorded for Ragged Old Flag. It discusses the issue of pollution of the environment. In 2003, Mercury released Boom Chicka Boom paired with Johnny Cash is Coming to Town on a single compact disc, though the bonus track "Veteran's Day" was left off. "Farmer's Almanac" and "Cat's in the Cradle" were released as singles, but failed to chart; the album itself, however, reached No. 48 on the country charts. The album has backing vocals by Elvis Presley's old backing group The Jordanaires, and Cash's mother.

6:6:6 is a split CD between Smackin' Isaiah, Moronique and Merrick. The album got the title 6:6:6 because each band has 6 songs each on the album. It was released on a small indie label called Tank Records which was run by Smackin' Isaiah guitarist John Carvalho. The album had a short run of no more than 2000 copies and is now quite rare.

Lose Your Delusion is the seventh overall studio album by Massachusetts-based melodic hardcore band A Wilhelm Scream, and the fifth album under the A Wilhelm Scream name. It was released on April 14, 2022 on Creator-Destructor Records. This is the first AWS in 9 years since their sixth studio album Partycrasher, as well as their first album to not include long-time guitarist Mike Supina, who left the band in 2018 and was replaced by Senses Fail guitarist Jason Milbank in 2019.
