The Y is a 2023 Indian Hindi Psychological horror film written and directed by Girideva Raaj and produced by Rocket Films. [1]
The film stars Yuvan Hariharan, Leonilla D'Souza, Prithal Pawar, Kamal Ghimiray, Abhinava Kiran and Apsara in lead roles. [2] The film was released on 6 January 2023. [3]
The female lead unintentionally becomes silent. The couple starts a new chapter in their lives after her marriage, but they quickly run into a new issue. After receiving a present from an unidentified source, the protagonist encounters strange occurrences, and their ordinary lives become the subject of a mysterious tale. The intrigue of the movie is whether she is experiencing trauma as a result of her prior experiences or whether there is a spirit in the gift that has just arrived and how the two of them are able to solve the mystery. The Y received mixed to positive reviews from critics. The Times of India gave it 2.6 out of 5 rating. [6] The Indian films and entertainment website Bollywood Hungama gave it 5 out of 5 rating. [7]

The Producers Guild Film Awards, previously known as the Apsara Awards, is an award event hosted by the Producers Guild of India to recognize excellence in Hindi film and television. Originated by filmmaker and scholar Amit Khanna in 2004, the Guild Awards were one of the major award events from 2004 till 2016, when the last awards ceremony happened. The 22-karat gold statuette was sculpted and designed by the jewellery brand Tanishq and was "inspired by the rich heritage of one of India's most treasured possessions – the Ajanta and Ellora Caves." Nominations for the awards come from selected members of the guild, with the full membership available to vote for the winners. Dear Dia is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film written and directed by K S Ashoka. A remake of his Kannada film Dia (2020), the film stars Mihika Kushwaha, Pruthvi Ambaar, and Ujjwal Sharma. Hindi version of Dia was produced by Kamlesh Singh Kushwaha. Dear Dia trailer was released on 10 May and film was released on 10 June 2022. Unlike the original, Hindi remake went unnoticed due to poor buzz and promotions.
