Three Hanks: Men with Broken Hearts is a collaborative studio album by Hank Williams, Hank Williams, Jr., and Hank Williams III, released by Curb Records in 1996. It combines Hank Williams' songs with accompanying vocals from his son and grandson. It also marks Hank Williams III’s recording debut. Williams III recorded the album largely to settle a paternity dispute and pay child support to his estranged five-year-old son, Coleman Finchum. Aside from Hank Williams' songs, this album also features a new song written by Hank Williams Jr titled "Hand Me Down".
"One Week" is a song by the Canadian rock band Barenaked Ladies that was released as the first single and opening track from their 1998 album, Stunt. It was written by Ed Robertson, who is featured on the lead vocal of the rapped verses. Steven Page sings lead on the song's chorus, while the two co-lead the prechoruses in harmony. The song is notable for its significant number of pop culture references, and it remains the band's best-known song in the United States, where it topped the Billboard Hot 100. Coincidentally, when the song reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, it remained in the top spot for one week.

"Kannski Varð Bylting Vorið 2009" is EGÓ's first song in 25 years. It was released on January 10, 2009. Bubbi first performed the song at a radio show Poppland at Rás 2 on January 5. On January 7, EGÓ recorded the song at Stúdíó Sýrland. EGÓ also recorded another song by Bubbi called "Fallega Þú" but later got the name “Í Hjarta Mér”. All of their albums have been recorded at Hljóðrita in Hafnarfjörður except that one. The single was released to promote EGÓ's upcoming album 6. Október but for some reasons the song was not included on the album.

East is the fourth EP by darkwave band Ego Likeness. It was the final Compass EP to be released, marking the end of the series. The EP had a limited pressing of 300 copies and was independently released on July 3, 2012 through the band's official website.
Raised by Bats is the tenth studio album by Cuban American dark cabaret singer Voltaire, released in 2014. The album's production was crowdfunded by Voltaire's fans all over the world via a successful Indiegogo campaign; it would reach US$53,793, surpassing its originally intended goal of US$10,000. The album is a major departure of Voltaire's musical style; instead of his usual dark cabaret style, Raised by Bats is more deathrock- and gothic rock-oriented. According to Voltaire in his official website:
In truth, it's a tour of all of the kinds of music I loved growing up. There are songs on this album that are goth rock, deathrock, new wave, New Romantic, dark wave and dark folk. It's the album I've always wanted to make. Some of the songs were written as far back as 1984, when I was 17 years old!
