The Confederación Sudamericana de Voleibol (CSV) is the continental governing body for the sports of volleyball in South America. Its headquarters is located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

It was determined September, 2012 that Saquarema, Brazil would be the host after Cali, Colombia withdrew. The top three teams will qualify for the 2013 Junior World Championship.
