Thimayya & Thimayya is a 2022 Indian Kannada-language family drama film directed by Sanjay Sharma and starring Anant Nag and Diganth in the titular roles.
A father and son who reopened a thirty-five year old café in Goa inspired the two lead characters of a grandpa and grandson. [1] [2] The film is set in Coorg and Madikeri. [3] [4]
The songs were composed by Anoop Seelin. The lyrics were written by Arasu Anthare and Ashok Maddur. The songs were sung by M. D. Pallavi, Ravindra Suregaavi, Ritisha Padmanabhan, Harsha, and Apoorva. [5] The songs were released under the label Anand Audio. [6]

Diganth Manchale, mononymously known as Diganth, is an Indian actor and former model. His works are primarily seen in Kannada cinema. Diganth made his acting debut in Miss California in 2006. He is perhaps best known for his performance as "Doodhpeda" paired opposite Neethu in Gaalipata (2008). His performances for the films such as Pancharangi (2010), Lifeu Ishtene (2011) and Parijatha (2012) earned him fame.

Anant Nag is an Indian actor and occasional film producer who appears as an actor in predominantly in Kannada films and a few Hindi and Telugu films. In a career spanning over 5 decades, he has appeared in over 270 films. After having had a successful theatre career, he made his debut in P. V.
