The Thiruvananthapuram City Circular is a bus service operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala state, India. The service was launched in 2021 [2] and currently operates on a circular route covering all the major parts of the city. [3] The buses ply every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours. The fare for the entire journey is ranges from INR 10 to 30. [4] This is the first public transportation system in Kerala with Hop on Hop Off model. Good Day Ticket provides unlimited travel in any city circular buses with a time limit of 24 hours. [5] It has over 278 stops and 24 interchange points(major stops were intersecting two or more circular services.)

The Kerala Urban Road Transport Corporation (KURTC) was a state-run bus company which started with more than 500 low-floor buses in Kerala. KURTC used to run complete and individual services in Thiruvananthapuram & Ernakulam districts. The remaining 12 districts were divided into 5 clusters ; Cluster I comprises Kozhikode, Wayanad and Malappuram; Cluster II Kottayam, Thodupuzha, and Pathanamthitta; Cluster III Kannur and Kasaragod; Cluster IV Thrissur and Palakkad; and Cluster V Kollam and Alappuzha. COVID gravely affected the profitability and sustenance of this service, and the buses got rusted due to non usage and only 97 were functional out of which 70 were then given to City Circular Bus service. KURTC shut down all operations in 2022. Even their official website www.kurtc.in was closed down, thus signaling the end of a golden era of cheap and convenient transport service for customers.

Aluva KSRTC bus station is a transport hub in the Indian city of Aluva, owned and operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). An important transport hub in the state, the station is located left aside Aluva railway station, one of the busiest railway stations in the Ernakulam district, and a kilometre away from Aluva metro station of Kochi Metro.

Kerala State Road Transport Corporation SWIFT, also known as K-SWIFT, is an Indian transport company formed for operating long-distance buses of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). The company was formed on 9 November 2021 with an aim to overcome the financial crisis faced by the KSRTC. K-SWIFT functions independently within the KSRTC and the company will be dissolved and the assets merged with the KSRTC in 2031.
