Thomas James Bailey Jr. (born December 6, 1971) is a former American football wide receiver who played one season with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Auburn. [1] He was also a member of the Rhein Fire of the World League of American Football (WLAF), and the Grand Rapids Rampage, Orlando Predators, Buffalo Destroyers, and Detroit Fury of the Arena Football League (AFL). [2]
