Thomas Goyard (born 15 January 1992) is a French competitive sailor. [1] [2]
He won bronze medals at the Windsurfing World Championships in 2014 and 2020. [2] He qualified to represent France at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo 2021, competing in men's RS:X where he won the silver medal.

Peter Burling is a New Zealand sailor. He is the skipper and helmsman for Emirates Team New Zealand for the 2024 America's Cup defense. He was the 2021 America's Cup winning skipper and helmsman, and the 2017 America's Cup winning helmsman of Team New Zealand. Burling won an Olympic gold medal in the 49er class at the 2016 games and silver medals in the 2012 and 2020 Olympics.
Andrew Blair Tuke is a New Zealand sailor who won the 2021 Americas Cup Held in Auckland and also won the 2017 Version held in Bermuda. He also won the gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and the silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the 49er class alongside Peter Burling.
Jonas Høgh-Christensen is a Danish sailor, winner of the Finn Gold Cup in 2009. He has represented Denmark in the Finn class at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics at which he won the silver medal, narrowly missing out on the gold to British sailor Sir Ben Ainslie, who that day became the first person to win medals in five different Olympic Games in sailing, surpassing Danish Sailor Paul Elvstrøm who won four gold medals.

As Paris will host the 2024 Summer Olympics, France was the penultimate nation to enter the stadium, alongside the United States which will host the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, before the host country Japan during the parade of nations at the opening ceremony. Additionally, a French segment was performed in Paris and some pre-recorded events at the closing ceremony as performers did not travel to Tokyo due to the travel restrictions related to the pandemic. However, Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo was the only delegation present at the ceremony.

She won the 2019 470 World Championships, and came second at the 2017 470 World Championships. She finished third at the 2015 470 European Championships, and second at the 2019 and 2021 events, as well as having won multiple Sailing World Cup medals. In 2022, McIntyre was awarded an MBE for services to yachting.
The Finn competition at the 2020 Summer Olympics was the men's one-person heavyweight dinghy event and was held in Enoshima, Japan, from 27 July to 3 August 2021. 19 sailors from 19 nations competed in 11 races, including one medal-race where points were doubled. The land venue was Enoshima Yacht Harbour and races were held on Sagami Bay.

Hélène Noesmoen is a French windsurfer who competes in the IQFoil class. She won the women's events at the 2021 IQFoil World Championships and the 2020, 2021 and 2022 IQFoil European Championships. Noesmoen also won the RS:X event at the 2018 Sailing World Cup in Miami, and multiple junior world championships.
