Tieren John Hawkins (born April 19, 1996) is a Canadian actor, producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for producing and co-starring in the FibeTV1 original series King & Pawn , and for his appearance on the second season of the reality dating series Farming for Love .
Hawkins was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. From 2013 to 2021, he served in the Royal Canadian Navy. [1] He is a graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University. [2]
In 2019, Hawkins launched his film career by writing and producing the series Halifax Homicide. [3] In 2022, he wrote and oversaw production of the low-budget wrestling themed TV pilot Turnbuckles for Swearnet.com. [4] Also in 2022, he completed a series of lifestyle pieces for the CBC News, focused on topics such as tiny homes and the cosplay community. [5]
Hawkins is the co-creator, producer, and writer of the comedy series King & Pawn , which debuted on April 5, 2022, exclusively on Bell FibeTV1. [6] In 2023, the series was renewed for a second season. [7]
In 2024, he appeared on the second season of Farming for Love . [8]
In October 2024, he was named as one of Atlantic Canada's Top 28 Under 30 Innovators by Atlantic Business Magazine. [9] Also in 2024, he produced the series Diefenbunker: The Cold War in Nova Scotia, [10] a five-part documentary series highlighting the history of the Debert Diefenbunker. [11]
