Tod Ohnstad (born May 21,1952) is an American politician,retired machinist,and former union representative. A Democrat,he is a current member of the Wisconsin State Assembly,representing the Kenosha-based 65th assembly district since 2013.
Ohnstad was born in Eau Claire,Wisconsin and graduated from Altoona High School in 1970. He moved to Kenosha and attended University of Wisconsin–Parkside. He worked at Kenosha Engine,first when it was operated by American Motors Corporation,then later for General Motors,and Chrysler. During his work in the auto industry,he was heavily involved with the UAW Local 72 labor union. He was a member of the Executive Board of the United Auto Workers from 1984 to 2004.
Ohnstad served on the Kenosha Common Council from 2008 until 2014. In August 2012,Ohnstad won the 65th District Democratic primary for Wisconsin State Assembly and did not face an opponent in the November general election. [1] [2] He did not face an opponent in the general election until 2020,when he defeated Republican nominee Crystal Miller. [3]

Robert W. Wirch is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Senate,representing the 22nd district since 1997. He previously served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1993 through 1997.
Gwendolynne Sophia Moore is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Wisconsin's 4th congressional district since 2005. In 2016,Moore was elected to serve as caucus whip of the Congressional Black Caucus for the 115th United States Congress. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Her district is based in Milwaukee and as a result of the 2011 redistricting also includes some Milwaukee County suburbs:Bayside,Brown Deer,Cudahy,Fox Point,Glendale,St. Francis,South Milwaukee,West Milwaukee,Shorewood and Whitefish Bay. The 64th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in southeast Wisconsin,the district comprises northeast corner of Kenosha County and the southeast corner of Racine County,including part of the cities of Racine and Kenosha,as well as the village of Elmwood Park and parts of the villages of Somers and Mount Pleasant east of Wisconsin Highway 31. The district also contains the University of Wisconsin–Parkside campus,Carthage College,and the Kenosha campus of Gateway Technical College. The district is represented by Democrat Tip McGuire,since May 2019.
