Donald Arthur Mattingly is an American former professional baseball first baseman,coach,and current manager for the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball (MLB). Nicknamed "The Hit Man" and "Donnie Baseball",he spent his entire 14-year career playing with the New York Yankees and later managed the Los Angeles Dodgers for five years.

He has played all or parts of eight seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB),LVBP and one in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) between 1997 and 2006. Simon's debut season came with the Atlanta Braves in 1997,for whom he played until 1999. Cecil Grant Fielder is an American former professional baseball player in Major League Baseball (MLB). Fielder was a power hitter in the 1980s and 1990s. He attended college at the University of Nevada,Las Vegas (UNLV). He played in MLB for the Toronto Blue Jays (1985–1988),in Japan's Central League for the Hanshin Tigers (1989),and then in MLB for the Detroit Tigers (1990–1996),New York Yankees (1996–97),Anaheim Angels in 1998,and Cleveland Indians in 1998. With the Yankees,he won the 1996 World Series over the Atlanta Braves. In 1990,he became the first player to reach the 50–home run mark since George Foster hit 52 for the Cincinnati Reds in 1977 and the first American League player to do so since Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris famously hit 54 and 61 in 1961.
Miguel Jesús Cairo [ki'-row],is a Venezuelan former professional baseball infielder and current bench coach for the Chicago White Sox,who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for nine different clubs in a 17-year career,spanning from 1996 to 2012. During his playing days,Cairo stood 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and weighed 225 pounds (102 kg) while batting and throwing right-handed. While primarily a second baseman,Cairo was able to play all the infield positions and as a corner outfielder. He was also used for pinch-hitting duties late in his career.
