Tollywood Talkies Production has formed a full-fledged film studio in Kolkata. The studio's activities span across creative development, production & marketing of films in India.

Apart from film production, t2 has a Promotion & Publicity [6] Company known as Sparking Media.

Film production

Tollywood Talkies is one of the biggest integrated production houses in Eastern India. In 2017.

Plans for the future

Kingshuk Giri's production banner Tollywood Talkies [7] Production, which is reportedly targeting a 25 per cent annual business growth, is set to roll out two to three films and the various superstars will act in them.

Tollywood Talkies's best known work is their financial calendar. [8] They has helped create a trend of collectible celebrity calendars in West Bengal, after the fashion of the model Calendar. Kingshuk Giri [9] said, Every year the launch of the calendar will become a major event featuring top celebrities, 12 of them for each year. Including Hiran Chatterjee, Raima Sen, Priyanka Sarkar, Ena Saha, Darshana Banik, Anirban Bhattacharya, Mumtaz sorcar, Moubani Sorcar, Pujarini Ghosh, Diti Saha, Vickey Deb, Amrita Chatterjee will be featured on their calendar this year. For the 2018 edition, the photographer shot a video with some behind-the-scenes moments for each celebrity, which will be available on YouTube. [10]

Jisshu made his debut in showbiz through a Bengali TV series, Mahaprabhu where he portrayed the role of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The role overnight catapulted him to stardom. Subsequently, he made his big screen debut with Priyojon (1999), which became a debacle at box office. The film's theatrical trailer was released on YouTube on 26 October 2013 while the film released on 15 November 2013 in Kolkata. The film deals with the unfulfilled aspirations of an everyday couple whose dreams never become reality and as they try hard to excel in life. Anilabha discovers a magic lamp from which a genie emerges and is able to take him to unseen heights in life that he never reached before and also life of extreme luxury and fortunes. How they adjust and cope with their new-found lives forms the rest of the story.

Alik Sukh is a 2013 Indian Bengali Medical psychological thriller film directed by the duo Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy, starring Debshankar Haldar, Rituparna Sengupta and Sohini Sengupta in the lead roles. It released on 19 July 2013. The storyline is based on a novel of Bengali novelist Suchitra Bhattacharya.
