Tone-Helen Toften (born 13 March 1967) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.
She was an office worker in Sortland in the 1990s, then later took education at Bodø University College. When finishing her teacher's education in 2005 she worked four years as such in Sortland. [1]
She was a member of the municipal council of Sortland Municipality from 1999 to 2009. She chaired the local party from 2002 to 2009 and the county party chapter from 2009 to 2011. From 2007 to 2009 she was a member of the national board, then the central board from 2011. [1]
She was a State Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Care Services from 2009 to 2011, then in the Ministry of Government Administration, Reform and Church Affairs from 2011 to 2013. [1] She was elected as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Nordland in 2013. As Lisbeth Berg-Hansen from Nordland was a member of the outgoing Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet, Toften met as a regular representative during the two weeks before the cabinet change. [2]

Knut Arild Hareide is a Norwegian politician who served as a member of parliament from Hordaland and as the leader of the Christian Democratic Party from 2011 to 2019. He served as Minister of Transport and Communications from 2020 to 2021, and as Minister of the Environment from 2004 to 2005 in the second Bondevik cabinet. In 2007, he announced he would step down from the national political scene for the time being, but he returned when he was nominated as the top candidate for the Christian Democratic Party ticket in Akershus in the 2009 election where he won the county's leveling seat. After Dagfinn Høybråten stepped down as party leader, Hareide was unanimously elected to take his place at the 2011 party convention. In the 2013 election, Hareide was reelected to parliament, this time from his home county of Hordaland.
Hill-Marta Solberg is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. During her career, she was a parliamentary representative for Nordland county from 1993-2009. She was the Minister of Health and Social Affairs for three years and then was the County Governor of Nordland county for nearly ten years. She retired on 15 November 2018.
Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet was the Government of Norway from 17 October 2005 to 16 October 2013. It was a coalition between the Labour Party, the Socialist Left Party and the Centre Party, known as the Red–Green Coalition. On 9 September 2013, the coalition was defeated in the 2013 election.
