The first season of Too Hot to Handle was released on Netflix on April 17, 2020. A ninth episode reunion special was released on May 8. It was filmed in Punta Mita, Mexico. [1]

Harry Jowsey began dating season 3 contestant Georgia Hassarati in April/May 2022, but they ended their relationship in October/November of the same year. They got back together in April 2023. [23] They broke up again a few months later. [24] Jowsey later appeared in season 2 of Perfect Match.
The Challenge is a reality competition show on MTV that is a spin-off of two of the network's reality shows, The Real World and Road Rules. Premiering in 1998, it originally featured alumni from these two shows. Casting for The Challenge has slowly expanded to include contestants who debuted on The Challenge itself, alumni from other MTV franchises including Are You the One?, Ex on the Beach, Geordie Shore, siblings and friends, and from other non-MTV shows and competitions. Stephen Henry Bear is an English former television personality and convicted sex offender. After appearing as a contestant on the E4 reality series Shipwrecked in 2011, he went on to appear on the MTV reality show Ex on the Beach, as a cast member in the third and fifth series respectively. He won the eighteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2016, and subsequently went on to appear in various other shows including Celebs Go Dating, Just Tattoo of Us, and three series of The Challenge. In March 2023, Bear was jailed for disclosing private sexual photographs and films of his former girlfriend with intent to cause distress.

Georgia Steel is an English television personality. In 2018, she appeared on the fourth series of the ITV2 reality series Love Island. She has since made appearances in various reality television series including Celebs on the Ranch, Celebs Go Dating, Celebrity Coach Trip, Ex on the Beach: Peak of Love, Love Island Games and Love Island: All-Stars.

Too Hot to Handle is a British reality television dating game show produced by Fremantle production companies Talkback and Thames. Created by Laura Gibson and Charlie Bennett, the show's eight-episode first season was released on Netflix on 17 April 2020.
