Tore Berger (born 11 November 1944) is a retired Norwegian sprint canoeist who mostly competed in four-man events. He won a world title in 1970, [2] [3] a European title in 1969, [4] and an Olympic gold medal in 1968, placing third at the 1972 Games. [1]

At the 2004 Games, he finished sixth in the C-2 500 m event rowing with Aleksandr Kurlyandchik.

At the European championships he won two gold and one silver medals in the C-2 1,000 and 10,000 m events.

Andrei Igorov was a Romanian sprint canoer. He specialized in the C-1 10000 m event, in which he won silver medals at the 1963 World and European Championships, as well as two European titles, in 1965 and 1967. This event was not available at the 1964 Olympics, and Igorov had to compete in the C-1 1000 m. He won a silver medal finishing 0.42 seconds ahead of the third place.

Aleksandr Yurievich Vinogradov is a retired Russian sprint canoeist. He competed in doubles at the 1976 and 1980 Olympics and won two gold medals in 1976. He also won five medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with three golds, one silver (C-2 500 m: 1979, and one bronze.

Dumitru Alexe was a Romanian sprint canoeist, who had his best achievements in doubles, partnering with Simion Ismailciuc. They won an Olympic gold medal in 1956, a European title in 1957 and a world title in 1958. At the 1960 Olympics Dunitru competed with Igor Lipalit and placed fourth.

André Gerhard Wohllebe was an East German-German sprint canoeist who competed from the early 1980s to the mid-1990s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won three medals with a gold and two bronzes. He was born in Berlin.

Anatoli Kuzmich Grishin was a Soviet sprint canoeist who competed in the mid-1960s.

Annemarie Zimmermann is a West German sprint canoer who competed in the 1960s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, she won two gold medals in the K-2 500 m event, earning them in 1964 and 1968.

Ferenc Varga was a Hungarian sprint canoer who competed in the early to mid-1950s. He won a bronze medal in the K-2 10000 m event at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki.

Alexander Schuck is an East German sprint canoer who competed in the 1980s. He won two medals in the C-2 1000 m event at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with a gold in 1985 and a silver in 1983.
