Ontario College of Art & Design University, commonly known as OCAD University or OCAD, is a public art university located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The university's main campus is spread throughout several buildings and facilities within downtown Toronto. The university is a co-educational institution which operates three academic faculties, the Faculty of Art, the Faculty of Arts and Science, and the Faculty of Design. The university also provides continuing education services through its School of Continuing Studies.

Harbord Collegiate Institute is a public secondary school located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair (RAWF), also known as The Royal, is an annual agricultural fair that is held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada during the first two weeks of November. It was inaugurated in 1922 in the Coliseum, on the grounds of Exhibition Place. It has since been expanded to also take up the Enercare Centre and remains an important exhibit for livestock breeders. Elizabeth II, as Queen of Canada, was the fair's royal patron. Members of the Canadian Royal Family have also been guests of honour at the fair. It is the largest indoor agricultural fair in the world.

The Gladstone House is a hotel in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1889 and named after Gladstone Avenue, next to the hotel. The Parkdale area hotel was designed by local architect George Martell Miller in the Romanesque Revival style. The Gladstone House is one of the oldest hotel buildings still operating as a hotel in Toronto. Since renovations in the early 2000s, the hotel has become an arts hub in the West Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto.

The Etobicoke School of the Arts (ESA) is a specialized public arts-academic high school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Ontario Society of Artists (OSA) was founded in 1872. It is Canada's oldest continuously operating professional art society. When it was founded at the home of John Arthur Fraser, seven artists were present. Besides Fraser himself, Marmaduke Matthews, and Thomas Mower Martin were there, among others. Charlotte Schreiber was the first woman member in 1876 and showed work in the Society's Annual show of that year.

Dubai Design Week is an annual event held to celebrate and promote design and creativity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Toronto Queer Film Festival is an LGBT film festival held annually in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Launched in 2016 by a collective of artists and activists who perceived the programming of the city's established Inside Out Film and Video Festival to be too mainstream and commercialized, the event stages a program of independent feature and short films and videos over several days in the fall of each year, focusing primarily on works created from an alternative or activist perspective.
The Magenta Foundation is a charitable art publishing house based in Toronto. It was established in 2004 by MaryAnn Camilleri to publish work from both domestic and international emerging artists through exhibitions and publications. In 2005 the foundation produced its first book, Carte Blanche Vol.1: Photography, with the proceeds supporting the promotion and publication of work by artists between the ages of 13 and 25. Magenta publications and exhibitions are circulated in Canada and abroad, and the foundation brings international contemporary art to Canadian audiences.
