Skive Municipality is a municipality in Mid Jutland Region on Salling Peninsula,a part of the larger Jutland Peninsula in northwest Denmark. It covers an area of 688.09 km2 (2013) and has a population of 44,739 (2024). Its mayor is Peder Christian Kirkegaard,a member of the Venstre political party.

Viborg Fodsports Forening,also known as Viborg FF or VFF for short,is a Danish professional football club based in the Central Jutland city of Viborg. Bjerringbro is a railway town located at the railway line between Viborg and Randers and lying on both sides of the Gudenå. Until 1 January 2007 it was the municipal seat of the former Bjerringbro Municipality and today,with a population of 7,422,it is the second largest town of Viborg Municipality,Central Denmark Region in Denmark.
Søren Pape Poulsen was a Danish politician who served as a member of the Folketing for the Danish Conservative Party and its leader from 2014 until his death. He was previously Mayor of Viborg Municipality from 2010 to 2014 and Justice Minister of Denmark from 2016 to 2019.

Ever since the 2007 municipal reform,the Social Democrats had held the mayor's position in Roskilde Municipality. In the 2017 election,they had won their first absolute majority in the municipality. It would be Joy Mogensen who would continue following this result.
In 1888,the Conservatives won the mayor's position in the municipality for the first time. Since then,the Conservatives had held it. In 2017 they won their 33rd consecutive term,and Hans Toft his 7th term. However,he would not stand in this election.
Karin Gaardsted is a Danish politician. She was a member of the Folketing for the Social Democratic Party. She was elected into parliament at the 2011 Danish general election and then reelected again in the 2015 Danish general election. She was then temporary member of the Folketing for The Social Democratic Party in Western Jutland greater constituency as substitute for Anne Paulin in 2021. She entered Parliament again on 1 March 2024 when Annette Lind resigned her mandate to become consul general in Flensburg. From 1 January 2010 until her entry into the Folketing in 2011,she was deputy mayor of Viborg Municipality.
