Trevor Schumm (born c. 1967) is a Canadian-Australian curler [2] and baseball coach and scout.

At the international level, he is a 1997 Pacific-Asia men's champion curler; the team, skipped by Hugh Millikin represented Australia at the 1998 World Men's Curling Championships.

Schumm grew up on a farm near Spruce Grove, Alberta. He played baseball, ice hockey and Canadian football in his youth, and was the quarterback of his high school's football team. He then played junior college baseball at Allan Hancock College, [3] played in spring training for the California Angels, and both played and coached at Cornell University. [4] The returned to Alberta to coach there, and then moved to Australia in 1995, taking a job with the Australian Capital Territory academy of sport, and worked as a youth baseball coach. In 2000, he coached the Australian team at the World Junior Baseball Championship. [5] There, he was involved in a brawl between the Australian and Cuban teams, and was kicked out of the tournament by the International Baseball Federation. [6]

In 2008, he became a scouting coordinator for the San Diego Padres. [7]

Schumm comes from a football family. His father Howie and uncle Herb played for the Edmonton Eskimos and the Calgary Stampeders. [8]

Shari Leibbrandt-Demmon is a Canadian-Dutch curling coach who is the National Coach (Bondscoach) for Netherlands Topsport & Talent Curling Program. She coached the National Juniors from 2005- 2014, Team van Dorp 2010 - 2013 and Men's National Selection Team 2014 to current. She also often coaches at International Camps for WCF and is the director of the Junior Division of the Curling Champions Tour.

Shannon Kleibrink is a retired Canadian curler from Okotoks, Alberta. She and her team of third Amy Nixon, second Glenys Bakker, lead Christine Keshen and alternate Sandra Jenkins represented Canada at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. They won a bronze medal.

Marcel Rocque

Marcel Rocque is a Canadian curler from Edmonton, Alberta. He is a four-time winner of The Brier, the annual Canadian men's curling championship and a three-time World Champion as the lead for the Randy Ferbey team. Rocque would play in two Alberta provincial championships as a lead for Don Walchuk before joining the Ferbey team by 1999.

Brendan Bottcher Canadian curler

Brendan Michael Bottcher is a Canadian curler from Sherwood Park, Alberta. Bottcher is a three-time provincial men's champion, and was the skip of the 2021 Canadian men's championship team, having led Alberta to victory at the 2021 Tim Hortons Brier.

Ronald M. Anton is a Canadian retired curler. He played as third on the Hec Gervais rink that won the 1961 Brier and 1974 Brier.

David Fredrick Gerlach was a Canadian retired curler. He played as third on the Ron Northcott rink that won the 1969 Brier and World Championship.

Warren R. Hansen is a Canadian retired curler. He played as third on the Hec Gervais rink that won the 1974 Brier. Hansen served as director of event operations for Curling Canada, but retired in June 2015. He currently is operating a podcast called Inside Curling with Kevin Martin and Jim Jerome that is part of Sportsnet's podcast group. He previously worked for the United States Curling Association as a Business Development Consultant from 2017 - 2020. Hansen worked for Curling Canada 1974 - 2015. His involvement with the organization has been instrumental in moving major events into hockey arenas, introducing the page playoff system, reducing the amount of sheets in events to four, implementing player dress codes, bringing in officiating of major events and the creation of the Continental Cup of Curling and Canada Cup of Curling. In addition Hansen played a key role, along with Calgary's Ray Kingsmith in establishing curling as a demonstration sport at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. In 2002 he developed the game of Mixed Doubles as part of the newly created Continental Cup. In June 2015 it was announced that Mixed Doubles will be a full medal sport at the 2018 Winter Olympics. Hansen is a member of the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame as a team member of the Edmonton Huskies and also as a Curling Builder.
