Charles "Trey" Mitchell III (born July 16, 1993) is a professional strongman from Lumberton, Texas. He is most notable for winning the Shaw Classic strongman championship two consecutive times in 2021 and 2022. [1] [2]

Mitchell was born on July 16, 1993, and started strength training for football at high school. [3] He then entered his first strength contest in Houston in 2012 [3] and gradually excelled in the sport, winning the America's Strongest Man in Long Beach, California in 2018. [3]

Mitchell now competes at the top tier of the sport. In 2022, he placed 2nd at the 2022 Rogue Invitational. He placed fourth in the 2023 events in both the Arnold Strongman Classic and World's Strongest Man. [4] [5] He also won the 2023 North America's Strongest Man competition. [6]

Adam Bishop is a professional strongman and two-time winner of the Britain's Strongest Man competition. Bishop refers to himself in the media as "one of the little guys" in the sport, despite weighing over 300 lbs. Bishop has also competed in rugby, where he played as a winger, and in skeleton bobsleigh.

Luke Richardson is a British professional strongman and powerlifter. He was Europe's Strongest Man in 2020, becoming the youngest winner in the history of that contest. He has also competed twice at the World's Strongest Man competition, coming in 9th in 2020. He withdrew from the 2021 competition due to a distal biceps tendon rupture that occurred during the Loading Medley race in his qualifying heat. In 2023, Richardson won the 2023 Giants Live England’s Strongest Man Championship. In powerlifting, Richardson was the 2018 Junior 120kg+ Champion.

Mitchell Hooper is a Canadian strongman and kinesiologist. He secured 1st place at the 2023 World's Strongest Man competition in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he also became the first Canadian to win the title of World's Strongest Man. He is also the winner of both the 2023 and 2024 Arnold Strongman Classic events. In 2023, he became the fourth person to win both the World’s Strongest Man and Arnold Strongman Classic competitions in the same year. He is currently the only person to have won what are considered to be the four most prestigious competitions in modern strongman, being the World's Strongest Man, Arnold Strongman Classic, Rogue Invitational, and Strongest Man on Earth competitions.

The 2024 World's Strongest Man was the 47th World's Strongest Man competition that took place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from May 1 to 5, 2024.

Mathew 'Matt' Ragg is a Strongman from New Zealand and a six-times winner of New Zealand's Strongest Man competition.
