Jadranska Avenue is a mostly six-lane controlled-access avenue in the Novi Zagreb – zapad city district of southwestern Zagreb, Croatia. Legally designated as a part of County road Ž1040, it runs between the Remetinec Roundabout and the Zagreb bypass, acting as an important thoroughfare both for commuters from southwestern suburbs of Lučko and Stupnik and for travellers coming to the city by A1 motorway. The avenue experiences high amounts of seasonal traffic in summer resulting in traffic jams sometimes spanning the whole length of the avenue. The daily traffic has also been rising in recent years due to former bedroom communities in Zagreb County from the 1990s becoming new outer suburbs in the 2000s. Novi Zagreb neighborhoods Blato, Botinec and Lanište are located directly south of the avenue. The intersection with Lanište Road was recently converted into an interchange.
Marin Držić Avenue is an important north–south avenue in the central-eastern part of Zagreb, Croatia. It is named after Marin Držić, a famous Croatian poet from the 16th century.

Dubrovnik Avenue is an avenue located in the Novi Zagreb part of Zagreb, Croatia. It is mostly six or eight lanes wide. Built in the mid 1950s, it runs for 4 kilometers between the roundabout beneath the southward extension of the Youth Bridge in the east and the Remetinec Roundabout in the west of Novi Zagreb. Its most important intersections are those with Većeslav Holjevac and Germany Avenues. Being the main east–west thoroughfare of Novi Zagreb, more than 40,000 commuters travel on it daily.
Botinec is a neighborhood located in Novi Zagreb - zapad city district of Zagreb, Croatia. It is famous for having its streets named after famous character from Croatian theater plays and novels. It was founded in 1965 as a refugee camp after the 1964 flood, owing its rectangular street grid to the era of building Novi Zagreb. It was away from the city and away from Sava River, with barracks meant to serve as a camp only for up to six years, but the houses were eventually bought by the tenants and upgraded. Nonetheless, Botinec remains a neighborhood bearing the scar of the flood. Botinec is divided in two parts: Old Botinec and New Botinec. According to the 2001 census, Botinec had 4,906 inhabitants.
Remetinec is a neighborhood in the Novi Zagreb – zapad city district of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. It is located south of the Remetinec Roundabout and Lanište, west of Trokut and the railway triangle and west of Blato. It has a population of 5673(2021).
Kajzerica is a neighborhood located in the Novi Zagreb – zapad city district of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. It is located west of Bundek Lake and east of the Western Rotary and Adriatic Bridge. It has a population of 4,387 (2011).
Zagreb Fair is a complex of exhibition pavilions in Zagreb, Croatia. The company which operates the venue carries the same name. The Zagreb Fair is the main venue in Zagreb for trade shows and fairs. Every year more than 25 specialised events are held at the venue, attended by more than 6,000 participants from 50 countries. Apart from trade fairs it is also used as a convention center.
Sveta Klara is a settlement in the southern part of Zagreb, Croatia. Once a separate village, it is now administered as a neighbourhood of the city district of Novi Zagreb – zapad. The population is 9,560.
