Tuku Wachanan (Quechua tuku owl, wacha birth, to give birth, -na, -n suffixes, [2] [3] "where the owl is born", also spelled Tucuhuachanan) is a mountain in the Andes of Peru which reaches a height of approximately 4,600 m (15,100 ft). It is located in the Ancash Region, Bolognesi Province, Cajacay District. [1]

The Andes or Andean Mountains are the longest continental mountain range in the world, forming a continuous highland along the western edge of South America. This range is about 7,000 km (4,300 mi) long, about 200 to 700 km wide, and of an average height of about 4,000 m (13,000 ft).
