The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a public research university located in Hung Hom, Hong Kong. The University is one of the eight government-funded degree-granting tertiary institutions in Hong Kong. Founded in 1937 as the first Government Trade School, it is the first institution to provide technical education in Hong Kong. In 1994, the Legislative Council of Hong Kong passed a bill which granted the former Hong Kong Polytechnic official university status.
"It's a Small World" is a water-based boat ride located in the Fantasyland area at various Disney theme parks around the world, including Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California; Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida; Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland. The inaugural version of the ride premiered at the 1964 New York World's Fair before permanently moving to Disneyland in 1966.
Citybus Limited is a bus company which provides both franchised and non-franchised service in Hong Kong. The franchised route network serves Hong Kong Island, cross-harbour routes, North Lantau, Hong Kong International Airport, Kowloon, New Territories, Shenzhen Bay Port and Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Hong Kong Port. The non-franchised routes serve mainly City One Sha Tin. It also provides bus rental services and staff bus services for some large companies such as TVB and China Light and Power.
Anthony Wong Chau-sang is a Hong Kong film actor and singer. He has worked with many significant directors of Hong Kong cinema since his debut in 1985, including John Woo, Andrew Lau, Ringo Lam and Johnnie To, and is known for his intense portrayals of often-amoral characters. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) is one of the two major convention and exhibition venues in Hong Kong, along with AsiaWorld–Expo. It is located in Wan Chai North, Hong Kong Island. Built along the Victoria Harbour, it is linked by covered walkways to nearby hotels and commercial buildings. The venue was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, in association with Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. Larry Oltmanns led the design as the Design Partner with SOM.

Li & Fung Limited is a Hong Kong-based supply chain management company. Founded in 1906, the company experienced near-exponential growth since it first went public in 1973 by being the "go-to source" for apparel, toys, and other consumer goods manufacturing for western brands and retailers, reaching its peak market capitalization in 2011. For decades, Li & Fung provided product design, raw material sourcing, and manufacturing services to some of the biggest retailers in North America and Europe, but a global economic slowdown affected these retailers, leading to lower profits for the then-publicly traded company. Between 2011 and 2020, the company lost 95% of its market value with its turnover almost halving. The decline has been attributed to the Internet and the rise of e-commerce and the resulting subsequent closing of specialty and department stores, specifically the rise of Alibaba which connected Chinese manufacturers with buyers directly, but also Amazon which encroached into the business of brick & mortar resellers that Li & Fung served.

The Grandmaster is a 2013 martial arts drama film based on the life story of the Wing Chun grandmaster Ip Man. The film was directed and written by Wong Kar-wai. It was released on 8 January 2013, in China. It was the opening film at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival in February 2013. The film was selected as part of the 2013 Hong Kong International Film Festival. The Weinstein Company acquired the international distribution rights for the film. The film was selected as the Hong Kong entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 86th Academy Awards, making the January shortlist, but ultimately did not receive the nomination. Despite this, the film was nominated for Best Cinematography and Best Costume Design.
Joshua Wong Chi-fung is a Hong Kong activist and politician. He served as secretary-general of the pro-democracy party Demosistō until it disbanded following the implementation of the Hong Kong national security law on 30 June 2020. Wong was previously convenor and founder of the Hong Kong student activist group Scholarism. Wong first rose to international prominence during the 2014 Hong Kong protests, and his pivotal role in the Umbrella Movement resulted in his inclusion in TIME magazine's Most Influential Teens of 2014 and nomination for its 2014 Person of the Year; he was further called one of the "world's greatest leaders" by Fortune magazine in 2015, and nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2017.
Nathan Law Kwun-chung is an activist and politician from Hong Kong. As a former student leader, he has been chairman of the Representative Council of the Lingnan University Students' Union (LUSU), acting president of the LUSU, and secretary-general of the Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS). He was one of the student leaders during the 79-day Umbrella Movement in 2014. He is the founding and former chairman of Demosistō, a new political party derived from the 2014 protests.
Coleman Wong Chak-lam is a tennis player from Hong Kong. He was educated in Diocesan Boys' School and is currently a student of the University of Hong Kong. After winning the 2021 US Open Boys' Doubles event, he became Hong Kong's second ever Grand Slam winner in any discipline, following Patricia Hy's 1983 Wimbledon title in Girls' Doubles. He won his second Grand Slam title at the 2022 Australian Open Boys' Doubles event, becoming the first back-to-back Grand Slam champion in boy's double since Hsu Yu-hsiou in 2017 at Wimbledon and the US Open.
