UEI College is a private for-profit career college with locations in the U.S. states of California, Washington, Arizona, and Georgia. It specializes in short-term technical and vocational education to prepare students for entry-level positions in industries such as healthcare, business, and skilled trades. UEI College is owned by International Education Corporation. The school was founded in 1982 as United Education Institute and changed its name to UEI College in 2009.

UEI Colleges in Huntington Park, Anaheim, Chula Vista, West Covina, Encino, Ontario, San Marcos, Stockton, Phoenix, and Morrow are accredited by Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET). [1] The Bakersfield, Gardena, Fresno, Sacramento and Riverside locations are accredited by the  Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges  (ACCSC). [2]

Stevens–Henager College Closed Private College in Ogden, Utah

Stevens–Henager College was a private college that closed abruptly in August 2021. It was one of four educational institutions affiliated with the Salt Lake City-based Center for Excellence in Higher Education (CEHE). Established in 1891, the college had campuses in Idaho and Utah. It offered online and on-campus programs for associate degrees, bachelor's degrees, and master's degrees.

Independence University

Independence University was a private online career college headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was the online branch of Stevens–Henager College, and operated four schools: the School of Healthcare, the School of Business, the School of Technology, and the School of Graphic Arts. IU was founded by Carl Barney and owned and operated by the Center for Excellence in Higher Education (CEHE). Independence university was accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges but the accreditor has begun withdrawing its accreditation because the university allegedly "failed to demonstrate successful student achievement by maintaining acceptable rates of student graduation and employment."In 2021, IU canceled classes scheduled to start May 10. On August 1, 2021, Independence University closed its doors permanently.

The Los Angeles Film School is a for-profit college in Los Angeles, California offering associate and bachelor's degrees in majors relating to the entertainment industry. Hartnell College Community college in Salinas, California

Hartnell College is a public community college in Salinas, California. Established in 1920 as Salinas Junior College, Hartnell is one of 115 schools that constitute the California Community Colleges, one of the three higher education systems in California. It enrolls nearly 10,000 students, 56% of whom are Latino, and the college is a Hispanic-serving institution. Its name commemorates William Hartnell (1798–1854), who founded the first junior college in California. Hartnell's main campus is located less than a mile west of downtown Salinas. It also has three satellite campuses, one in the Alisal district of Salinas one in King City and another in Soledad.

Branford Hall Career Institute was a for-profit career college, owned by Trigram Education Partners, with campuses in Branford, and Southington, Connecticut; Amityville, New York; Jersey City and Parsippany, New Jersey. According to the US Department of Education, "BHCI’s last day of educational instruction was September 25, 2020, which serves as its official closure date for purposes of the federal student aid programs." Students may apply for a closed school discharge of their federal loans.

Laurus Technical Institute was an American for-profit technical college with three locations in Georgia. Founded in 1986 as ETI Careers Institute, the school offered travel and tourism programs. It became accredited in 1991. In 2007, the school changed its name to Laurus Technical Institute and began offering programs in the allied health and allied trade programs.

Dawn Career Institute, located in Newark, Delaware, is a private post-secondary institution of higher education serving Delaware, south-central and south-eastern Pennsylvania, and northern Maryland. The institute offers both campus-based and online career-focused diploma programs, leading to professional certifications and licenses in a variety of healthcare and wellness fields. Dawn Career Institute was founded April 1, 1976 as an aviation school. On February 12, 1999, the school became Dawn Training Centre, and in October 2009, the school changed its name again to Dawn Career Institute. The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) is a private for-profit culinary college in New York City. ICE is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), and offers career training diploma programs in the culinary arts. The school runs one of the largest program of hands-on recreational cooking classes and wine education courses in the country with more than 26,000 enthusiasts taking any of the 1,500 classes offered each year.

IntelliTec College is for-profit technical career training school with locations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Albuquerque and Grand Junction.
