The film is inspired by the true events surrounding the brutal murder of Udaipur-based tailor Kanhaiya Lal on 28 June 2022. [5] [6]
The film is based on the real murder of Kanhaiya Lal, killed in broad daylight in Udaipur. [7] Ishwar Singh (Rajneesh Duggal), an intelligence officer, is assigned to investigate. As he digs deeper, he finds links to terrorism and radical groups. His wife Anjana Singh (Preeti Jhangiani), a journalist, faces her own battle between truth and fear.
