Featuring music composed by Ilaiyaraaja, the film began production in late 2015 and continued till March 2016. The film was released on 1 July 2016. The film was remade in Malayalam as Aakashamittayi (2017) with Jayaram playing the main lead.
Adhagappattathu Magajanangalay is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language comedy thriller film written and directed by Inbasekhar. The film stars newcomers Umapathy Ramaiah and Reshma Rathore, while Karunakaran and Pandiarajan play supporting roles. Featuring music composed by D. Imman, the film began production in early 2015.

The film is the third installment in the Saattai franchise. It stars Samuthirakani and Thambi Ramaiah with Athulya Ravi, debutant Kaushik Sundaram, and Yuvan in supporting roles. D. Imman who previously composed music for the prequel is replaced by Justin Prabhakaran. Principal photography of the film began on 12 December 2018.
Thirumanam Sila Thiruthangaludan, also simply known as Thirumanam (transl. Marriage), is an 2019 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written and directed by Cheran and produced by Premnath Chandran. The film stars Umapathy Ramaiah, Cheran, Kavya Suresh and Sukanya with an ensemble supporting cast. The music was composed by Siddharth Vipin with cinematography by Rajesh Yadav and editing by Ponnuvel Damodaran. The film released on 1 March 2019.
Vinodhaya Sitham is a 2021 Indian Tamil-language supernatural fantasy comedy-drama film directed by Samuthirakani and produced by Abirami Media Works. The film stars Thambi Ramaiah and Samuthirakani. It was released on 13 October 2021 on ZEE5, and received critical acclaim.
Devadas Brothers is a 2021 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film directed by Janakiraman and starring Dhruvva, Ajai Prasath, Hari Krishnan and Bala Saravanan. Produced by Mathiyazhagan, it was released on 3 September 2021.

The film stars Umapathy Ramaiah and Samskruthy Shenoy in the lead roles with a supporting cast including Bala Saravanan, Vinutha Lal, Thambi Ramaiah, Devadarshini and Vidyullekha Raman. The film was released in theatres on 31 December 2021.
