Uncorked is the third live album by singer-songwriter Al Stewart, and features guitarist and harmony vocalist Dave Nachmanoff. It was released on 29 September 2009 [2] and was produced by Dave Nachmanoff and released independently on Stewart's label, Wallaby Trails Recordings.
Alastair Ian Stewart is a Scottish-born singer-songwriter and folk-rock musician who rose to prominence as part of the British folk revival in the 1960s and 1970s. He developed a unique style of combining folk-rock songs with tales of characters and events from history.

All songs on this record have historical themes, each song representing a decade of the 20th century. The final song, "Nostradamus," is about the famous supposed prophet and his prophecies.
