The Union for National Salvation (French : Union pour le Salut NationalUSN) is a political coalition in Djibouti.
Led by Ahmed Youssof Houmed, the coalition was formed to contest the 2013 parliamentary election. [1] The party won 21 seats in the election, although the USN cited what it referred to as cases of mass fraud and ballot tampering, and called for demonstrations. [2]
The coalition is composed of six parties; the ARD, the UDJ, the MRD, the PND, the PDD, and MoDel. [1]

Dileita Mohamed Dileita is a Djiboutian politician who was the prime minister of Djibouti from 7 March 2001 to 1 April 2013. He was vice-president of the People's Rally for Progress (RPP), the governing political party, until 2012. He also served as president of the Union for the Presidential Majority (UMP), the governing coalition. He was elected President of the National Assembly on 5 March 2023.

The Manko Taxawu Sénégal coalition is a group of several political parties organised to contest the 2017 Senegalese legislative elections. The coalition was originally intended to form a unified opposition list to challenge President Macky Sall's Benno Bokk Yakaar coalition, but negotiations among key opposition figures broke down over disputes on whether former President Abdoulaye Wade or imprisoned former Mayor of Dakar, Khalifa Sall, would head the list.
