The Communist Party of Spain is a communist party that, since 1986, has been part of the United Left coalition, which is currently part of Sumar. Two of its politicians are Spanish government ministers, the Minister of Labour and Social Economy and the Minister of Youth and Children.

The 38th Federal Congress of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party was held in Seville from 3 to 5 February 2012, to renovate the governing bodies of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) and establish the party's main lines of action and strategy for the next leadership term. The congress was called after the PSOE suffered its worst defeat since the Spanish transition to democracy in the general election held on 20 November 2011. Previous secretary-general José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero had announced in April the same year he would not stand for election to a third term as Prime Minister of Spain, announcing his intention to step down as party leader after a successor had been elected.
The World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY) is an international youth organization, and has historically characterized itself as left-wing and anti-imperialist. WFDY was founded in London, United Kingdom in 1945 as a broad international youth movement, organized in the context of the end of World War II with the aim of uniting youth from the Allies behind an anti-fascist platform that was broadly pro-peace, anti-nuclear war, expressing friendship between youth of the capitalist and socialist nations. The WFDY Headquarters are in Budapest, Hungary. The main event of WFDY is the World Festival of Youth and Students. The last festival was held in Sochi, Russia, in October 2017. It was one of the first organizations granted general consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
Vente Venezuela is a classical liberal political party in Venezuela headquartered in the city of Caracas. It has parliamentary representation in the National Assembly. Its registration as a political party has not been granted by the National Electoral Council.
Movement We Are Venezuela (MSV) emerged after the transformation of New Revolutionary Road (NCR) and is a left-wing socialist and anti-imperialist political party in Venezuela founded on 6 May 2008 and refounded on 29 January 2018. It was established after three national deputies, Luis Tascón, Luis Díaz Salazar and Wilmer Pérez were expelled by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). Ramón Augusto Lobo Moreno is a Venezuelan politician, economist and professor who served as president of the Central Bank of Venezuela between 2017 and 2018. He was a deputy to the National Assembly representing Mérida state and Minister of Finance of Venezuela in 2017. As of December 2018, he currently serves as Minister Counselor and charge d'affaires of the Embassy of Venezuela in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
