University Preparatory Secondary School (UPSS) is a private secondary school in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. It was established in 1987 by Professor Andrew Urevbu. The University Preparatory Secondary School has astride it three sister schools - Children's Academy (Daycare), Children's Academy (Nursery & Primary) and Children's Academy (Montessori). The respective schools are equipped with Science Labs, Educational Resource Rooms, Computer Labs, Music Labs, Libraries, Home Economics Practice Quarters, Sick Bays, and interestingly, a Zoological Garden within the precincts of the Secondary School. There is also an Examination Hall and the La Gala Event Centre for use by all schools for major events.

Sporting and extracurricular activities are equally encouraged, seeing there is a school standard-sized football field, basketball court, playgrounds, as well as music, basketball and ballet clubs to foster talent discovery and harnessing of individual potentials.
