Courses

UBT provides a dynamic and international study environment for Bachelor and Master students through high-quality, problem based learning. The education offered at UBT include lectures in foreign languages by lecturers and scholars from abroad which creates an international study environment for both domestic and international students. With over 50 fields of study to choose from, students can select a field of specialization that fits with their aspirations and develop the concentrated knowledge necessary to become a successful entrant into the labor market.

Bahçeşehir University (BAU) is a private educational institution in Turkey, located around the Bosporus in Istanbul. The Turkish National Assembly authorized the establishment of the University of Bahçeşehir by the Bahçeşehir Uğur Education Foundation in 1998. An academic and strategic protocol was signed shortly after with San Diego State University in California, USA. The enrollment of the first students was made after the first placement exam (ÖSYS) in the 1999–2000 academic year. The university is one of the few universities in Turkey which has its lectures in English and therefore students applying to BAU are required to have high English proficiency.

The Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC) is a private university located in Mexico City, with campuses in the states of Guanajuato, Jalisco, México, and Querétaro. It offers high school, bachelor, and postgraduate programs. Ignacio Guerra Pellegaud founded it in 1966 and since 2008 is part of the Laureate International Universities Network. The UNITEC has 10 campuses: Cuitláhuac, Marina and Sur in Mexico City; Atizapán, Ecatepec, Los Reyes, and Toluca in the State of Mexico; Leon in the State of Guanajuato; Guadalajara in the State of Jalisco; and Querétaro in the State of Querétaro. Western Caspian University is a private university in Baku, Azerbaijan. Founded in 1991 by Husein Baghirov, it has six schools, 25 majors, 180 faculty and approximately 1500 students. The university took its name because it is modeled after Western universities in style of teaching and values, the latter in response to some of the corrupt practices under the Soviet system. Much of the teaching is conducted in English.

Koforidua Technical University is one of the ten Technical Universities established in every region in Ghana. It was founded in 1997. Since 1999 it has produced graduates with HNDs in accountancy,, marketing, purchasing and supply, statistics and computer science, and currently offers degree programmes.

Industrial and production engineering (IPE) is an interdisciplinary engineering discipline that includes manufacturing technology, engineering sciences, management science, and optimization of complex processes, systems, or organizations. It is concerned with the understanding and application of engineering procedures in manufacturing processes and production methods. Industrial engineering dates back all the way to the industrial revolution, initiated in 1700s by Sir Adam Smith, Henry Ford, Eli Whitney, Frank Gilbreth and Lilian Gilbreth, Henry Gantt, F.W. Taylor, etc. After the 1970s, industrial and production engineering developed worldwide and started to widely use automation and robotics. Industrial and production engineering includes three areas: Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and management science.

The Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden – University of Applied Sciences is a university of applied sciences and, after the Technical University Dresden, the second largest university of the city of Dresden (Saxony). It offers 36 study programmes in engineering, design, economics and the environment.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Universum College</span>

Universum College is a university in Prishtina, Kosovo. It was founded in 2005. The university offers 15 undergraduate programs and 8 graduate programs. Studies can be offered with dual study memberships or double degrees with EU universities for specific studies. The college as a higher education provider is accredited by the Kosovo Accreditation Agency. The university is partnered up with 152 universities within the Erasmus+ program. Universum College is also accredited by the University of Northampton to offer programs with English curricula and standards. Students who attend these programs will receive a University of Northampton degree. UON is one of the universities listed in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Arab American University (Palestine)</span> Private university in Palestine

Arab American University is the first private university in the State of Palestine. AAUP was founded in the year 2000 and it provides BA, MA and PhD degree programs. The main campus is located near Talfit at the south of Jenin Governorate, and the other campuses are located, in the Al- Reehan area in Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate of the Palestine.
