The Fire Theft is the debut and only studio album by American rock band The Fire Theft. This album was released September 23, 2003, through the independent record label Rykodisc. In September 2019, the service Run Out Groove made a poll on their site to test demand for vinyl reissues of their catalog, with one of the choices being The Fire Theft. The album won out, and was subsequently remastered and reissued with new artwork.

She was formerly the frontwoman of AwRY. On March 3, 2016, Shara legally changed her last name from Worden to Nova after divorcing her husband, to whom she had been married most of her adult life.

The 5'11" Record is an album from Chapel Hill, North Carolina-based band Arrogance, spanning material recorded between 1976 and 1982, before the band's breakup in late 1983. The 5'11" part of the title is in the English units notation for height, meaning five feet, eleven inches, which refers to the average height of the band members. The title relates to the name the band sent these songs under back in the 1980s, looking for a new record deal. It was released in 2002 in celebration of the band's thirtieth anniversary and temporary reunification. Its release corresponded with the Arrogance concert at the Regency Park Amphitheatre in Cary, North Carolina, which was organized to promote the new CD, as well as the re-releases of Arrogance's past albums on CD.

Forward Into Light is an orchestral composition written in 2020 by the American composer Sarah Kirkland Snider. The work was commissioned by the New York Philharmonic as part of "Project 19," an initiative commissioning new works by 19 female composers in honor of the centennial of the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Its world premiere, which was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, was performed by the New York Philharmonic under the direction of Jaap van Zweden at Carnegie Hall on June 10, 2022.
