Chirayinkeezhu Sreechithira Vilasam School Leader, Chempazhanthi SN College University Union Councilor, University of Kerala Union Executive Member, Senate Member, SFI District President, District Secretary, DYFI District Vice President. Proved excellence in performance. Contested the Grama Panchayat of Azhoor twice and became the President twice. He then contested the Chirayinkeezhu Block Panchayat and was elected President. Later Member of the Thiruvananthapuram District Panchayat.
He is currently the State President of the Kerala Primary Cooperative Societies Association. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the District Co-operative Bank and Vice President of the State Co-operative Bank, Kumaranasan Memorial Governing Board Member, President of the Perumkuzhi Service Co-operative Bank.
Joy had contested the uncertain Varkala constituency in 2016, capturing more than 2,000 votes and capturing the constituency with a majority of 17,821 in the second round. Considering this fighting spirit, Joy was elected as a member of the CPM state committee.

Anathalavattom Anandan better known is an Indian politician, a trade unionist and a member of Communist Party of India (Marxist). He is the President of the Kerala State Committee and national Vice President of the Centre of Indian Trade Unions and the State Secretariat Member of the CPI(M) Kerala State Committee. Anandan is also the President of Kerala Coir Workers Centre. He was elected thrice to the Kerala Legislative Assembly from Attingal constituency, in 1987, 1996 and 2006. The Kerala State Government had appointed him as the Vice Chairman of Apex Body for Coir in August 2016.
R. Selvaraj was a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing Neyyattinkara constituency, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. He was a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), the present ruling party in Kerala but resigned from the Kerala Legislature and the party on 9 March 2012 and joined Indian National Congress party. His resignation was attributed to rampant factionalism in his party. After joining the Indian National Congress, he contested the by-election from Neyyattinkara on "Hand" symbol and romped home with a margin of 6,334 votes, pushing up the ruling UDF's slender majority in the 140-member Kerala Assembly to 73. He again contested from the same constituency in 2016 and 2021. but he got defeated in both elections, i.e. for 9543 votes in 2016 and it increased to 14262 votes in 2021. He was defeated by K. Ansalan of CPI(M) in both elections.
V.N. Vasavan is an Indian politician and the current Minister for Cooperation and Registration, Government of Kerala in the second Pinarayi Vijayan Ministry. Now he is also the MLA from Ettumanoor assembly constituency of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) for Kottayam district.
