V is the fifth studio album by Finnish singer Anna Abreu, released in Finland by Warner Bros. Records on May 30, 2014. The album was preceded by the lead single "Ra-Ta Ta-Ta" and followed by the single "Right In Front Of You". The album marked Abreu's first studio album in three years, following her fourth album Rush . It was also Abreu's first album released under Warner Bros. Records, which she signed with in 2012 after deciding not to renew her contract with Sony Music and RCA.

Since her participation in Idols, Abreu has become one of the best-selling Finnish Idols contestants and one of the most successful Finnish female singers, with certified record sales surpassing 190,000 copies, which places her also among the 100 best-selling music artists of all time in Finland.
Warner Bros. Records Inc. is an American record label owned by Warner Music Group and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in 1958 as the recorded music division of the American film studio Warner Bros., and was one of a group of labels owned and operated by larger parent corporations for much of its existence. The sequence of companies that controlled Warner Bros. and its allied labels evolved through a convoluted series of corporate mergers and acquisitions from the early 1960s to the early 2000s. Over this period, Warner Bros. Records grew from a struggling minor player in the music industry to one of the top record labels in the world.
The album was produced by Jonas Karlsson, Jarkko Ehnqvist and Hank Solo, and features collaborations with Danish pop singer Christopher and Finnish rapper Gracias. The album debuted and peaked at number 4 on the Finnish Albums Chart, becoming Abreu's first album to miss the top two. However, the album continued to be a commercial and critical success for Abreu, being certified gold for sales in excess of 10,000 copies.
V debuted and peaked at number four on the Finnish Top 50 Albums Chart. To date it has sold over 10,000 copies and been certified gold by the IFPI.

Hanna Helena Pakarinen is a Finnish pop and pop-rock singer who rose to fame as the winner of the first series of the Finnish singing competition Idols in 2004. Since then she has represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 on homeland, and has sold over 91,000 certified records in Finland, which places her among the top 50 best-selling female soloists in her home country.
