V obrazech (English:In Pictures) is the second set of the original motion pictures scores by Petr Hapka,which was released in 2003.
The forty tracks collection compiles his music written for the movies Upír z Feratu (English:Ferat Vampire,directed by Juraj Herz,1982) Tisícročnávčela (English:A Thousand-year-old Bee,directed by Juraj Jakubisko,1983), Perinbaba (English:The Feather Fairy,also directed by Jakubisko,1985).
Apart from others,the album also features vocal performances by Marika Gombitová on three tracks in total ("Jaro,léto,podzim,zima","Píseň",and "Běh času"). [1]
All tracks are written by Hapka, except for the tracks 21 and 25 (Hapka and Feldek)

Slovak recording artist Marika Gombitová entered the music industry in 1975 by recording promotional compositions entitled "Karta" and "Nájdem hviezdu" for SRo Košice. Prior to that, she performed with local bands such as Profily (1971–73) and the orchestras of Juraj Szabadoš, respectively of Július Olajoš (1974–75). Following an offer to become a member of Ján Lehotský's ensemble, she joined Modus in 1976 as their only female vocalist. Simultaneously with staging for the group, Gombitová recorded a number of tracks as soloist; among others also "Čo má rieka" and "Deň ako z pohľadnice". Eventually, "Boľavé námestie" was released as her own debut single issued on OPUS Records in 1977.
Slávnosť úprimných slov is a five-track Slovak EP of Christmas compositions by Marika Gombitová, Václav Patejdl, Ján Lehotský, and Richard Müller. The compilation was issued on OPUS in 1987.

Smoliari is the soundtrack from the 1978 television film of the same name, directed by Dušan Kodaj. The compilation released as the first original picture soundtrack in the country of origin was issued in 1979 on OPUS Records, with featuring songs written by Ali Brezovský and Kamil Peteraj. Among artists who contributed to the project were Marika Gombitová and Miro Žbirka.

Neberte nám princeznú is a modern version of the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs fairytale, starring Marika Gombitová. The musical was directed by Martin Hoffmeister, and released in 1981.
