Valentine Monnier

Valentine Monnier (born 22 October 1956 in Paris) is a French actress, model and photographer. She appeared on the September 1977 cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, and on the cover art of the album Chic , also in 1977. [1] Monnier had an acting career in the 1980s: she played supporting roles in several French productions and had starring roles in two Italian B-movies. In the mid-1980s, she left acting to work primarily as a photographer. [2] In a November 2019 interview, she accused film director Roman Polanski of violently raping her in Switzerland in 1975 when she was 18. [3] [4]

An Officer and a Spy is a 2019 historical drama film directed by Roman Polanski about the Dreyfus affair, with a screenplay by Polanski and Robert Harris based on Harris's 2013 novel of the same name. The name J'Accuse has its origins in Émile Zola's bold article in l'Aurore in January 1898 in which the famous author accused many persons of France of continuing to support the increasingly blatantly erroneous accusations against Dreyfus.

The 45th César Awards ceremony, presented by the Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma, took place on 28 February 2020, at the Salle Pleyel in Paris to honour the best French films of 2019. Sandrine Kiberlain presided, and Florence Foresti as the host.

Micheline Luccioni (1930–1992) was a French stage, film and television actress. Her son, José Luccioni, is also an actor.
