Van Hulssen Nunatak ( 67°59′S62°45′E / 67.983°S 62.750°E / -67.983; 62.750 Coordinates: 67°59′S62°45′E / 67.983°S 62.750°E / -67.983; 62.750 ) is a nunatak at the south end of the Trilling Peaks in the Framnes Mountains, Mac. Robertson Land. It was mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936–37, and was named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for Frits Van Hulssen, a technical officer (ionosphere) at Mawson Station in 1959.

Shark Peak

Shark Peak is an isolated nunatak 3.5 miles (6 km) south-southwest of Van Hulssen Nunatak in the Framnes Mountains of Mac. Robertson Land. It was mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition in 1936–37, and named Hanuten. The translated form of the name recommended by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) has been adopted.

James Nunatak is a conical nunatak, 410 metres (1,350 ft) high, standing 5.5 miles (9 km) south of Lewis Point on the east coast of Palmer Land, Antarctica. This feature was photographed from the air by members of the United States Antarctic Service (USAS) in September 1940 and was probably seen by the USAS ground party that explored this coast. During 1947 it was charted by a joint party consisting of members of the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition and the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), and was named by the FIDS for David P. James, a FIDS surveyor at the Hope Bay base in 1945–46.

The Lawson Nunataks are a line of nunataks about 4 nautical miles (7 km) long, located 4 nautical miles southwest of Keim Peak in the Usarp Mountains of Antarctica. They were mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960–62, and named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Gerald J. Lawson, a United States Antarctic Research Program biologist at McMurdo Station, 1967–68.

Mount Allan is the largest massif in the Traverse Mountains, isolated to the north and south by low passes, on the Rymill Coast, Palmer Land. Named in 1977 by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) after Thomas J. Allan (1940–66), British Antarctic Survey (BAS) radio operator at Stonington Island, 1965–66, who lost his life while sledging with J.F. Noel near Tragic Corner, Fallieres Coast, in May 1966.

The Bigler Nunataks are a cluster of notable nunataks in Antarctica. They lie southeastward of Pomerantz Tableland between Keim Peak and Lovejoy Glacier. They were mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and from U.S. Navy aerial photographs, 1960–62, and named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for John C. Bigler, United States Antarctic Research Program biologist at McMurdo Station, 1966–67.

The Black Nunataks are a group of about nine nunataks located 10 nautical miles (19 km) west-southwest of Mount Harding in the Grove Mountains. They were mapped by Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from air photos, 1956–60, and named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia after I. Black, a geophysicist at Mawson Station, 1963.

Brooks Nunatak is an isolated nunatak, 1,615 metres (5,300 ft) high, standing 6 nautical miles (11 km) southwest of Shurley Ridge on the south side of Mackin Table in the Patuxent Range, Pensacola Mountains. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and from U.S. Navy air photos, 1956–66, and named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Robert E. Brooks, a biologist at South Pole Station, summer 1966–67.

Catenary Nunatak is a nunatak 1 nautical mile (2 km) southwest of Monastery Nunatak on the south side of the Quartermain Mountains, Victoria Land. One of a group of names in the area associated with surveying applied in 1993 by the New Zealand Geographic Board; a catenary being the curve in which a survey chain hangs when it is suspended between two points at the same level.

Watson Nunatak is a nunatak standing between Price and Van Hulssen Nunataks in the Trilling Peaks, Framnes Mountains, in Mac. Robertson Land. Hall Nunatak is a small nunatak about 2 nautical miles (4 km) southeastward of Thomas Nunatak, situated along the ice escarpment at the head of Minnesota Glacier, in the Ellsworth Mountains of Antarctica. It was named by the University of Minnesota Geological Party to these mountains (1963–64) for George S. Hall, a helicopter crew chief with the US Army 62nd Transportation Corps Detachment, who assisted the party.

McGrath Nunatak is a ridge-like nunatak at the west end of the Blånabbane Nunataks, standing 7 nautical miles (13 km) southeast of Van Hulssen Nunatak in Mac. Robertson Land, Antarctica. It was mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936–37, and was named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for P.J. McGrath, a radio officer at Mawson Station who assisted in the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions' Framnes Mountains – Depot Peak survey during 1965.

McLea Nunatak is a nunatak between Richards Nunatak and Sharks Tooth, in the Prince Albert Mountains of Oates Land, Antarctica. It was named by the Southern Party of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition, 1962–63, for F. McLea, a radio operator at Scott Base who was responsible for the field party radio communications.

Specimen Nunatak is a small but distinctive rock pinnacle that rises above the ice of Swithinbank Glacier about 4 nautical miles (7 km) south of the glacier terminus, in Graham Land. The feature was visited on February 9, 1941 by Herbert G. Dorsey and Joseph D. Healy of the United States Antarctic Service (USAS), 1939–41, who gave the name because the pinnacle was a good example of a nunatak projecting above a broad ice field.

Tomovick Nunatak is a nunatak along the southern side of the upper portion of Larsen Glacier, 9 nautical miles (17 km) west of Mount Gerlache in Victoria Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956-62. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Donald S. Tomovick, U.S. Navy, utilitiesman at South Pole Station in 1966.
