Vasool Raja MBBS is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film directed by Saran. It is a remake of the 2003 Hindi film Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.. The film stars Kamal Haasan in the title role, while Prabhu, Sneha, Prakash Raj, Nagesh, Rohini Hattangadi, Jayasurya, Malavika, Crazy Mohan, Lakshmi Bhaskaran and Karunas play supporting roles. A remake of the 1973 Hindi film of the same name, it stars Ram Charan and Priyanka Chopra with Sanjay Dutt in a pivotal role in the Hindi version who is replaced by Srihari in Telugu. Kirayi Dada is a 1987 Indian Telugu-language action drama film produced by V. Doraswamy Raju under VMC Productions and directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy. The film is loosely based on Tamil film Thalai Nagaram (2006) which itself was remake of Malayalam film Abhimanyu (1991).
SIIMA Award for Best Female Playback Singer – Telugu is presented by Vibri media group as part of its annual South Indian International Movie Awards, for the best singing by a female playback singer/vocalist of a Telugu-language song. The award was first given in 2012 for songs and films released in 2011.
