Vechigen is a Dutch musical project formed in 2010 in Switzerland, by Jessy Winters and Kelly Frei.
The first single "Magic Frost" was released on October 29, 2010 [2] with trance remixes by UK producer Paul Farrin.
In March 2011, a Vechigen remix was released on Club Nation Records of Matt Pincer - "The Catch". This remix got picked up by the Chilled Series compilation. [3] In the same year Vechigen released remixes for artists such as Kamil Esten, Alexey Yakimov and got added to compilations like Trance Angels, Trance Trip, Wanderlust - Sixth Trip, From Goa With Love, Chill in Paradise, Goodbye 2011 and Best Of 2011 (both the Chill Out and Trance edition).
In November 2011, Vechigen released the collaboration project Do Not with Lisaya on Club Nation Records. [4]
In 2012, Vechigen released remixes for artists such as Rex brandtner, Matt Pincer and featured on Farrinheit by Paul Farrin. Vechigen got added to several compilations [5]
In the beginning of 2013, Vechigen gained the attention of the major Bonzai Music label from Belgium. [6] With "What We Don't Know", "We Don't Change" and "Street Dreams" featured on compilations such as Hotel De Prestige, La Catharsis and Wanderlust. "We Don't Change" entered the Italian Dance Charts in March. [7] In November, Bonzai Music released "Melbourne" both as "Vechigen - Melbourne" and "Jessy Winters - Melbourne" for unknown reasons. 2014 started with eight compilations [10] and in May a new single "Tell No One" and two months later "Heart Of Croatia". This resulted in Vechigen getting added to another 14 compilations such as Calm Tunes, Essential Chill Out Tunes, Inner Silence and Island of Dreams. Also in 2014 they released a remix edition of their collaboration with Lisaya.
In 2015, Vechigen got added to over 20 compilations released in the same year, while only releasing two singles – "The Guest House" and "The V-Files". [11] [12]
"Alien Believer" and "The Visitors" (both part of The V-Files) charted in the World Chill Lounge Chart. [13]
In November 2015 they released a cover of "Crockett's Theme" the Miami Vice theme song by Jan Hammer, called "Vice City". Their first release in 2016 was a remix of "Until We Meet Again in Heaven" by Stars Over Foy.
In 2018, they were part of "The Ambient Files", a mix CD project by Stars Over Foy. [14]
Tijs Michiel Verwest, known professionally as Tiësto, is a Dutch DJ and music producer from Breda. He was voted "the Greatest DJ of All Time" by Mix magazine in a 2010/2011 poll amongst fans. In 2013, he was voted by DJ Mag readers as the "best DJ of the last 20 years". He is also regarded as the "Godfather of EDM" by many sources.
Above & Beyond are an electronic music group consisting of English DJs Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness and Finnish DJ Paavo Siljamäki. Formed in 2000, they are the owners of London-based electronic dance music labels Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, and also host a weekly radio show titled Group Therapy Radio. The trio has been consistently ranked among DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs Poll, having placed at No. 6 in 2007, No. 4 in 2008 & 2009, No. 5 in 2010 & 2011, No. 51 in 2018, No. 22 in 2019, No. 19 in 2020 and most recently No. 21 in 2021.
Ferry Corsten is a Dutch disc jockey, record producer and remixer from Rotterdam. He is well known for producing many pioneering trance tracks during the 1990s–2000s under his numerous aliases, including System F, Moonman, Pulp Victim and Gouryella. In recent years, he has shifted to a broader electronic music style, playing everything from progressive house to uplifting trance; and hosts his own weekly radio show, Resonation Radio. Corsten routinely plays at events and festivals all over the world including Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland, and many others, and has been consistently ranked among DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll, having placed at rank 5 in 2004 and 2005, 6 in 2006 and 2008; and most recently at 53 for 2020.
Binary Finary are a British trance act, originally comprising Matt Laws, Ricky Grant and Stuart Matheson. They are best known for the dance hit single "1998", especially for the Paul van Dyk and Gouryella remixes, which charted in many countries. The song was remixed numerous times under the title of the year the remix was produced, many of which were popular. In the UK, "1998" reached a peak position of No. 24 in the UK Singles Chart whereas "1999" reached No. 11. It was covered by the indie group Peace in the song, "1998 (Delicious)".
Gouryella is a solo trance project of Dutch musician Ferry Corsten. Gouryella was originally a Dutch production team, comprising Corsten and Tiësto, who later left. The word itself means "heaven" in an Australian aboriginal language.
Andain was a San Francisco-based electronic music duo, originally formed in 2000. They broke through in 2002 after being discovered by DJ Tiësto, reaching clubbers worldwide with their singles "Summer Calling" in 2002 and "Beautiful Things" in 2003. The band members initially included producer Josh Gabriel, singer and songwriter Mavie Marcos, and guitarist David Penner, before the group disbanded in 2006. Andain returned again in 2011 as Josh and Mavie, making their comeback with the single "Promises". The successive year saw the release of the band's first and only full-length album, on September 12, 2012, following a year of touring and performing. Andain was eventually concluded in 2014.
Stuart Langelaan, stage name Lange, is a British DJ and record producer.
Mike Dierickx, and most commonly recognized under the aliases M.I.K.E. Push or Push, is a Belgian DJ. Best known for the song "Universal Nation", he has also released other singles including "The Legacy" and "Strange World". His style is primarily trance.
Tiffany "Tiff" Lacey is an English trance and electronic dance music (EDM) vocal singer, songwriter, author, and painter. She is the vocalist on several electronic music singles. Best known for her international singles with German producer André Tanneberger and for her work with British producer Don Jackson, Matt Darey, and Cosmic Gate. Lacey is the performer with the highest number of officially released collaborations within the EDM genres so far.
Dash Berlin is a Dutch electronic music duo started in 2007 in The Hague by Eelke Kalberg and Sebastiaan Molijn. Dash Berlin were voted the seventh most popular DJs in the world according to DJ Mag in 2012; Kalberg and Molijn were record producers. Kalberg and Molijn left the group in 2019 and returned in 2021 after winning a legal dispute against Jeffrey Sutorius over the "Dash Berlin" trademark.
Feenixpawl is an Australian house music duo composed of Aden Forte and Josh Soon, formed in 2003. Their fifth single, "In My Mind", peaked at No. 29 on the ARIA Singles Chart, it also spent 11 weeks at No. 1 on the component chart, ARIA Club Tracks, and in 2013 was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical. In April 2015, Feenixpawl launched Eclypse Records in conjunction with Wind-Up Records. The first release from the label, Feenixpawl's "Ghosts", reached number 16 on the Billboard Dance Charts. In 2019, their Trance collaboration with MaRLo, "Lighter than Air", the duo's first endeavour in the trance genre, won the ASOT Tune of the Year.

Armin van Buuren is a Dutch DJ and record producer.
Tempo Giusto is a Finnish trance music DJ, producer and composer. He is one of the leading names of Tech Trance and debuted in 2008 with the single "Agent Orange". Since then he has released music with many known electronic dance music labels such as Black Hole Recordings, Armada Music, Ultra Records and Spinnin Records. He also owns the Finland-based Echelon Records with his older brother Ima'gin. Their collaboration on "Gemini" resulted in #1 trance release on Beatport in June 2012. In 2019 Tempo Giusto's collaborative track "Mr. Navigator" with Armin van Buuren resulted in a #1 charting trance single on Beatport. In total Tempo Giusto holds 12 Beatport Top 10 trance singles. In 2019, Tempo Giusto was nominated 'Electronic Music Artist' of the year at the Emma-gaala.
W&W is a Dutch DJ and record production duo composed of Willem van Hanegem Jr. and Wardt van der Harst. They began their careers by producing trance music, before venturing into big room house and other forms of EDM.
