Veli Balli (born 10 December 1949) is a Turkish long-distance runner. He competed in the marathon at the 1976 Summer Olympics. [1]

He was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986. He also competed at the 1960 Winter Olympics and the 1964 Winter Olympics. Seistamo died in January 2022, at the age of 82.
