The final result showed that the Vietnamese team has attained its goal by ranking first in the medal tally with 18 gold, 24 silver and 11 bronze medals. The chief of mission to the games was Nguyen Hong Minh.

Bước nhảy hoàn vũ is a reality show produced by Vietnam Television and Cát Tiên Sa Production. The show originates from the BBC series Strictly Come Dancing and is a part of the international Dancing with the Stars franchise. The first season aired from April 11 to June 20, 2010 with 8 pairs of celebrities and professional dancers. The show returned for its second season on April 17, 2011 and the third season on mid March, 2012.

Bước nhảy hoàn vũ 2011 is the second season of Bước nhảy hoàn vũ produced by Vietnam Television and Cat Tien Sa Productions based upon the BBC Worldwide's Dancing with the Stars. The show encountered numerous changes, including a proposed reduction of the judging panel to the number of just three judges, but was opposed and remained unchanged at four, the quitting of several cast members prior the launching and the departure of judges either before or during the show, a new co-host, new professionals as well as multiple changes in format written by the copyright holder from Bulgaria. The first show was aired on VTV3 with 10 celebrities. There was not an elimination the first two weeks of competition. The first took place on the third week.

The Voice of Vietnam's first season began on 8 July 2012 and ended on 13 January 2013. This series was part of the famous The Voice franchise and was based on the original version, The Voice of Holland. Four original coaches chosen were Đàm Vĩnh Hưng, Thu Minh, Hồ Ngọc Hà and Trần Lập.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Hồ Chí Minh Prize</span>

The Hồ Chí Minh Prize is an honorary award given by the government of Vietnam in recognition of cultural and/or scientific achievement. The prize was established by decree in 1981, and has been awarded in 1996, 2000, 2005 and 2012, often posthumously. The prize is named for Ho Chi Minh, who was Chairman and founder of the Workers' Party of Vietnam, that is considered one of the highest honors bestowed by Vietnam.

Nguyễn Ngọc Anh is a Vietnamese former swimmer, who specialized in breaststroke events. Nguyen qualified only for the men's 200 m breaststroke at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, by receiving a Universality place from FINA, in an entry time of 2:23.75. He participated in heat one against two other swimmers Andrés Bicocca of Argentina and Leonard Ngoma of Zambia. He raced to a second seed by more than a full body length behind winner Bicocca in 2:29.54. Nguyen failed to advance into the semifinals, as he placed forty-fifth overall in the prelims.

The Face Vietnam season 1 is a Vietnamese modeling-themed reality television series, based on the US television series of the same name, and one of several national editions in the international The Face franchise. Hồ Ngọc Hà, Phạm Hương and Lan Khuê served as model coaches and Vĩnh Thụy served as a host for the first season. The first season premiered on 18 June 2016 on VTV3.

<i>Vietnams Next Top Model</i> (season 8) Season of television series

The eighth cycle of Vietnam's Next Top Model premiered on June 24, 2017 on VTV3. The cycle was originally announced to be an all-stars co-ed cycle, but was later changed to the original format of an all-female cycle. This cycle featured contestants who had previously competed in cycles 1-7 who were not the winners. In addition to the all-star cast, a separate search was held for all-new aspiring contestants. For this cycle, the entire panel of judges was replaced. The jury consisted of model-actress Trương Ngọc Ánh, make-up artist Nam Trung, and model Võ Hoàng Yến. Ngọc Ánh acted as the show's host, while Nam Trung served as the show's creative director, and Hoàng Yến served as a model mentor.

Love Case is a 2008 Vietnamese telefilm adapted from Hồ Văn Trung's July 1941 novel Cư kỉnh (居璟). The film was produced by Ho Chi Minh City Television and directed by Võ Việt Hùng.
