Viking is a creator-owned comic book series published by Image Comics. It is written by its creator, Ivan Brandon, [1] [2] with art by Nic Klein. [3]
The first issue appeared April 22, 2009 but had sold out before it went on sale. [4]
The fifth issue appeared in January 2010, and finished the first arc. No more issues were published afterwards.

Egil and Finn kill a group of Vikings led by a man named Knut, stealing their cache of weapons for their own purposes, leaving one messenger alive to tout their bravado. Upon reception of his message, this messenger is put to death by Aki and King Bram.
Princess Annikki meanwhile practices her archery in the woods as her father looks on. A large bear trundles from the woods and curiously inspects her. King Bram means to kill it for threatening his daughter, but is stopped by Annikki, who escapes the situation with little more than a series of scratches along her left cheek where the bear pawed her during its inspection.
The brothers Egil and Finn sell their ill-gotten goods to Bork the merchant, and visit their grandfather, Ozur, whereupon they take their younger brother Ketil out for a day of family recreation.
The boy recklessly charges about playing at being a raider, when the three brothers are set upon by another group of Vikings. This is the murdered Knut's brother and his men, who stab Ketil and begin savagely beating Egil. Finn charges into the fray as he draws his weapon, ending the first issue of the series.
Nemesis is the name of two fictional characters in the DC Comics universe. Thomas Andrew Tresser first appeared in The Brave and the Bold #166 and was created by Cary Burkett and Dan Spiegle. Soseh Myrkos first appeared in JSA Annual #1 and was created by David S. Goyer and Uriel Caton.

The Tomb Raider comic book series are based on the video game franchise Tomb Raider, currently produced by Crystal Dynamics, which features the character of Lara Croft. The original series of comics, which were released between 1999 and 2005, were published by Top Cow and were primarily based on the games released by Core Design. In 2014, following the reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise, the series was revived and is currently being published by Dark Horse Comics. The new timeline of events is based upon the rebooted iteration of Lara Croft and her adventures.
Eyvind Lambi or Eyvind Lamb was a Norwegian Viking and hersir of the late ninth and early tenth centuries, known from, among other sources, Egils saga. Eyvind was the son of the Viking Berle-Kari and brother-in-law of Kveldulf Bjalfason, who married Eyvind's sister Salbjorg Karadottir; he was thus uncle to Skalla-Grímr and Thorolf Kveldulfsson and great uncle to the famous poet Egill Skallagrímsson. Eyvind also had a brother named Olvir Hnufa, who became a famous skald at the court of King Harald I of Norway.
"Faces of Evil" is a DC Comics "event" in January 2009, that editor Dan DiDio described as "inspirationally tied to Final Crisis," with focus placed on the villains of the particular titles involved in and associated with the event. Numerous monthly books had villains displayed on their covers while four additional one-shots were published.
Image United is an incomplete comic book limited series published by Image Comics. The intent of the series was to re-unite the founders of Image Comics on a joint project. "Jermaine" is the thirty-third episode of the sixth season of the American animated television series Adventure Time. In this episode, Finn and Jake are determined to reconnect with their reclusive brother, Jermaine, after Jake dreams of an encounter with him. It was written by Brandon Graham and Jesse Moynihan, who also served as storyboard artists. The episode is the first in the series to have Graham, known for his commercial and personal works in comics, as a writer and an artist.
