Vilmarie Mojica (born August 13, 1985, in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico) [1] is a volleyball player from Puerto Rico, who captained the Women's National Team at the 2008 Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan. There the team ended up in eighth and last place, having received a wild card for the event after Peru and Kenya withdrew.
She participated at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Germany. [2] Mojica was named Best Setter at the 2007 NORCECA Championship, where her team finished in fifth place in final rankings. [3] She participated at the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. [4]
The 2007 Women's NORCECA Volleyball Championship was the 20th edition of the Women's Continental Volleyball Tournament, played by eight countries from September 17 to September 22, 2007 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Cuba defeated the United States to conquer the gold medal and the Dominican Republic won the bronze medal over the hosts Canada. Cuban athlete Nancy Carrillo won the Most Valuable Player award.
Nancy Jean Metcalf is an American indoor volleyball player. She represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, where she finished in fifth place with the USA National Team. She missed the 2008 Olympics with a torn labrum, and was not named to the national team in 2012.

Gregory Berríos is a volleyball player from Puerto Rico, who was a member of the Men's National Team that ended up in sixth place at the 2007 FIVB Men's World Cup in Japan. Playing as a libero he was named Best Receiver at the 2003 NORCECA Championship and Best Digger, Best Receiver and Best Libero at the 2009 NORCECA Championship. He won with his team the Bronze medal and the Best Libero and Best Receiver individual awards at the 2010 Pan-American Cup.
The Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team is one of the more consistent teams of the NORCECA zone, Puerto Rico has taken one silver and two bronzes on the NORCECA Women's Volleyball Championship, one silver and three bronzes at the Pan-American Cup, and five silvers and one bronze at the Central American and Caribbean Games. The team has participated at least once in all FIVB competitions, except for the World Cup.
Áurea Esther "Aury" Cruz Dalmau is an indoor and beach volleyball player from Puerto Rico who currently plays for the Orlando Valkyries of the Pro Volleyball Federation. She is best known for competing for the Puerto Rico national team at the 2008 Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan, where she was named Best Server at the event.

Karla Miguelina Echenique is a volleyball player from the Dominican Republic, who played as a setter for the Women's National Team at the 2008 Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan, but did not qualify for the 2008 Summer Olympics. She, and the Dominican Republic team did, however, qualify for the 2012 Summer Olympics, where they finished 5th.
Brenda Castillo is a volleyball player from the Dominican Republic and plays as a libero. She was a member of the Dominican Republic national team that won fifth place in the 2012 Summer Olympics, while she was named the tournament's Best Libero. She played in the 2014 World Championship reaching also the fifth place and ranking 17th in the 2010 World Championship and the 2011 FIVB World Cup where her national team ranked eight and the 2015 FIVB World Cup, winning the Best Libero individual award and ranking in seventh place.
Niverka Dharlenis Marte Frica is a volleyball player from the Dominican Republic who currently plays for Indonesian side Jakarta Popsivo Polwan. She played the 2012 Summer Olympics with the Dominican Republic national team ranking in fifth place. She also played the 2010 and the 2014 World Championship earning the 17th place and the fifth place and the 2011 and the 2015 FIVB World Cup with her national team ranking in the eight and seventh place.
