The Philippines men's national basketball team, commonly known as Gilas Pilipinas, is the basketball team representing the Philippines. The team is managed by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas.
Fadi El Khatib, nicknamed "the Lebanese Tiger", is a Lebanese professional basketball player for Sagesse SC of the Lebanese Basketball League. Shin Dong-pa is a South Korean basketball coach, sports commentator, and former basketball player who competed at the men's basketball tournaments at the 1964 Summer Olympics and the 1968 Summer Olympics. He was also a member of the senior South Korean national team that won the gold medal at the 1969 FIBA Asian Cup. He also played with South Korea at the 1970 FIBA World Championship, where he finished as that tournament's top scorer.
Satnam Singh Bhamara is an Indian professional wrestler and former basketball player, currently signed to the American professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He became the first Indian player to be drafted into the National Basketball Association (NBA) when the Dallas Mavericks selected him with the 52nd overall pick of the 2015 NBA draft. At 7 ft 2 in (2.18 m) and 360 pounds (160 kg), Singh played the center position. He played high school basketball at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

He has previously played for the Tokyo Excellence of the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) and the Delhi Capitals of the UBA Pro Basketball League. The 2017 FIBA Women's Asia Cup was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Asia and FIBA Oceania at the 2018 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup in Spain. The tournament was held from 23 to 29 July in Bangalore, India. Before this edition, the tournament was known as the FIBA Asia Championship for Women, and only involved FIBA Asia members. FIBA Oceania teams Australia and New Zealand, as well as Fiji competed in the tournament for the first time.
Keisei Tominaga is a Japanese college basketball player for the Nebraska Cornhuskers of the Big Ten Conference. He previously played for Ranger College. Tominaga has been a member of the Japan men's national basketball team and the national 3x3 team.
