Vinilkosmo is an independent record label in Donneville, near Toulouse, France. It only produces and distributes artists who sing in Esperanto. [1]
Vinilkosmo was created in 1990 by Floréal Martorell in the framework of the Esperanto music association EUROKKA. In January 1999, Vinilkosmo separated from EUROKKA, and went professional. Since July 2009, Vinilkosmo has offered a legal download platform for most of the released albums on its website, Vinilkosmo-MP3.
Vinilkosmo became famous in the Esperanto public with its project Kolekto 2000. It produced ten original high-quality albums in its own recording studio from 1998 to 2000:
Since then, the label has released numerous compilations and original productions, becoming one of the major actors in Esperanto culture.

Esperanto is the world's most widely spoken constructed international auxiliary language. Created by L. L. Zamenhof in 1887, it is intended to be a universal second language for international communication, or "the international language". Zamenhof first described the language in Dr. Esperanto's International Language, which he published under the pseudonym Doktoro Esperanto. Early adopters of the language liked the name Esperanto and soon used it to describe his language. The word esperanto translates into English as "one who hopes".
Esperanto is written in a Latin-script alphabet of twenty-eight letters, with upper and lower case. This is supplemented by punctuation marks and by various logograms, such as the digits 0–9, currency signs such as $ € ¥ £ ₷, and mathematical symbols. The creator of Esperanto, L. L. Zamenhof, declared a principle of "one letter, one sound", though this is a general rather than strict guideline.
A number of musical works are available in the Esperanto language. The phrase "Esperanto music" is sometimes used to include music which is about Esperanto.

The name is an abbreviation of the company's original Berlin address, Kaiserdamm 7. !K7 has since opened branch offices in New York City and London. K7 also runs successful Label Services and Synch and Licensing departments.
Rhythm King Records Ltd was a British independent record label, founded in the mid-1980s by Martin Heath, Adele Nozedar, DJ Jay Strongman and James Horrocks. It was based in Chiswick, London.
Kore & Skalp are two DJs and producers who have worked together since 1997. Among others, they have made mixtapes, concerts and Scratch performances. And they have produced music for many underground groups, e.g. Eloquence, Costello and la Scred Connexion. Since 2001, Kore & Skalp have been at Sony Music France. They separated in 2006 after 5 years together.
Jean-Marc Leclercq is a French singer and Esperantist from Toulouse. The former singer of the group Les Rosemary’s Babies who published two CDs with the French record production company Boucherie et Willins Production, he holds the Guinness Record for singing rock and traditional songs in over 22 languages.

Ali Fitzgerald Moore, better known by his stage name Big Ali, is an American singer, rapper, and DJ born in New York. He has been based in Paris, France, since 2001. He is signed to Up Music, a Warner Music label.

Dolchamar is a rock band formed in London and currently based in Finland that performs in the language Esperanto. The band was formed in 1999 by Patrik Austin after his departure from Punaiset Messiaat, and was instantly signed on for the French Vinilkosmo record company, and as of 2014 the band resides in Finland. In 2003, they changed their name from Dolcxamar to Dolchamar, a change between the two conventions for representing the Esperanto word dolĉamar', pronounced[doltʃaˈmar] — poetic for dolĉamaro.
Lusafrica, full name: Productions Lusafrica is a multinational independent record label company based in Paris, France. The company was founded in 1988 by José da Silva. It was the first multinational record company to open in Cape Verde and one of the first in France. It is the main African independent label in France.
