Vinko Valentar (born 21 March 1934) is a Slovenian ice hockey player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1964 Winter Olympics. [1]

Jelovac was named Slovenian Sportsman of the Year, in 1973 and 1974. He was inducted into the Slovenian Athletes Hall of Fame, in 2012.
