Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. also known as simply Vista Land, is a property developer in the Philippines engaged in the real estate and retail industries. The company is part of the Villar Group of Companies associated with Manny Villar, along with the Starmalls, Inc. and Golden Haven, Inc. [1]

History

Vista Land was incorporated on February 28, 2007 as a holding company of the Vista Group, which is involved in the real estate industry as a developer of residential subdivisions and condominiums. [2]

Organization

Vista Land's operations is divided into four segments: horizontal, vertical, commercial, and affordable housing. The first two involves the development and sale of residential properties, the third deals with the company's venture in the retail and business process outsourcing industry, and the last is involved with the development and management of other business including resorts, hotels, club, and spas as well as activities of its holding companies. Vista Land has six subsidiaries namely Brittany Corporation, Crown Asia Properties, Vista Residences, Camella, Camella Manors, Lessandra, Communities Philippines, and VLL International Inc. [2]

In 2020, Vista Land created Lumina Homes as line of mass housing communities. [3]

Vista Land also operates the Vista Malls shopping mall chain. [4] [5]

Tutuban Center Place

Tutuban Center is a shopping complex and public transit hub in Manila, the Philippines that opened in 1993. It encompasses five retail buildings and a parking building in and around Manila's central train station located in the shopping precinct of Divisoria in Tondo district. The 20-hectare (49-acre) mixed-use development includes the original two-story brick and iron main terminal building of the Ferrocaril de Manila-Dagupan built in 1887, a declared national historical building by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1934. It also includes the Bonifacio Plaza fronting the old terminal building on Recto Avenue where a statue of Andrés Bonifacio was erected in 1971. Its integrated mall complex houses a mix of wholesale and retail bazaars and covers only 8.5 hectares of the total 20-hectare development. The complex will house the interchange station between the proposed North–South Commuter Railway and an extension of the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 according to the masterplan submitted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2015. Its redevelopment plan also entails the construction of several mixed-use buildings, including office towers, residential buildings, hotels, a convention center, and a 300-metre (980 ft)-high observation tower to be known as the Tower of Maynila.

Camella Inc. also known as simply Camella, is a house and lot and condominium developer in the Philippines. It is the flagship subsidiary of Vista Land, which is part of the Villar Group of Companies associated with Manny Villar.

Streamtech Systems Technologies, Inc. is a Philippine telecommunications company. Founded by Manuel Paolo A. Villar, it offers communication services such as fiber to the home, internet and cable television bundles and internet for small businesses and large enterprises.
