Vladimir Svet (born 11 March 1992) is an Estonian politician serving as minister of infrastructure since 2024. [1] From 2021 to 2024,he served as deputy mayor of Tallinn. [2]
Edgar Savisaar was an Estonian politician,one of the founding members of Popular Front of Estonia and the Centre Party. He served as the acting Prime Minister of Estonia,Minister of the Interior,Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications,and twice mayor of Tallinn.
Estonia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "Leto svet" written by Priit Pajusaar,Tarmo Leinatamm,Hannes Võrno,Peeter Oja and Glen Pilvre. The song was performed by the group Kreisiraadio. The Estonian broadcaster Eesti Rahvusringhääling (ERR) organised the national final Eurolaul 2008 in order to select the Estonian entry for the 2008 contest in Belgrade,Serbia. Ten songs competed in the national final and the winner was selected over two rounds of public voting. In the first round,the top three were selected to qualify to the superfinal. In the superfinal,"Leto svet" performed by Kreisiraadio was selected as the winner.
Mladýsvět is a popular weekly magazine published in Czechoslovakia from 1959 until 1989,and later in the Czech Republic until 2005,when it was merged into the magazine Instinkt. It contained photographs,editorials,comics,and other works. Mladýsvět was revived in 2021 and continues to be published as of 2024.

Kaja Kallas is an Estonian politician and diplomat. She was the first female prime minister of Estonia,a role she held from 2021 until 2024,when she resigned in advance of her appointment as High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Since 2024,she has served as High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission in the second von der Leyen Commission.
