Wang Yang (born 9 July 1993) is a Chinese sailor. [1] He competed in the men's 470 event at the 2020 Summer Olympics. [2]
The People's Republic of China competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. The team excluded athletes from the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong, after the territory's return to Chinese rule in 1997, and which competed separately as Hong Kong, China.

The 470 World Championships have been held every year since 1970 and organised by the International 470 Class Association and recognized by the International Sailing Federation. When the Championship forms part of the ISAF Sailing World Championships the ISAF also organise the event. The 470 is a sailboat class used as equipment for the Olympic Sailing Competition.
Wang Shun is a Chinese competitive swimmer. A versatile medley swimmer, he became the first Asian male swimmer to win a gold medal at the men's 200m individual medley at the Olympic Games when he came in first at the 2020 Summer Olympics men's 200 metre individual medley. He is also the first swimmer from China to win a gold medal in an Olympic men's medley swimming event. He had earlier won a bronze medal in the same event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Yang Wang is a New Zealand sport shooter of Chinese origin. Yang represented his adopted nation New Zealand at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed in the men's 10 m air pistol. The Men's 470 is a sailing event on the Sailing at the 2020 Summer Olympics program in Tokyo, in the 470 dinghy that takes place between 28 July – 4 August 2021 at Enoshima Yacht Harbor. 11 races will be held. 19 teams have qualified for the event.

Yang Yung-wei is a Taiwanese Paiwan judoka. He is the current silver Olympic medalist in the Extra Lightweight event. He also won one of the bronze medals in the men's 60 kg event at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Wang Chao is a Chinese sailor. He won a bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games in the men's 470 event. Four years later, at the 2018 Asian Games, he won the silver medal in the same event.
